摘要 本文以天水市华辰小区为例，研究了如何利用三维GIS技术建立高效实用的三维小区展示系统。基本实现了小区的三维漫游、空间量算以及居民属性信息的查询。本课题成功的将三维建模软件和国产GIS软件SuperMap相结合，对数据进行操作。 论文对华辰小区三维数据的选择和存储，三维场景的构建及优化，小区业主信息查询等关键技术进行了深入地探讨，同时对系统结构、系统功能设计、数据库设计、系统实现流程、系统功能的开发与展示等相关技术难点进行了研究。研究内容和主要取得的成果如下： ⑴通过研究3ds Max建模方法，创建了华辰小区三维模型； ⑵赋予华辰小区所有建筑物实地拍摄的真实纹理照片，构建了真实的三维模型纹理，并对其做了性能优化； ⑶系统采用SuperMap DeskPro.net 6R环境中的文件型数据集组织管理系统的属性数据，实现了居民楼上居民信息的录入和查询； ⑷采用SuperMap object.net 6R为开发平台，在Microsoft Visual Studio 2008下，使用C#语言做二次开发，研建小区的三维展示系统。

ABSTRACT In this paper, the Tianshui Huachen plot as an example, how to use the system of three-dimensional GIS technology to build efficient and practical three-dimensional plot to show。Basically realized three-dimensional cell roaming, the amount of space operators and residents attribute information inquiries。Success of this project will be three-dimensional modeling software and the domestic GIS software SuperMap combining operate on the data。 Thesis of Huachen plot 3D data selection and storage, three-dimensional scene，Construction and optimization of key technologies in-depth discussion，At the same time on the system architecture, functional design, database design, system implementation process, the realization of system functions and display as well as related technical difficulties。The following results were obtained： （1）3ds Max modeling methods through research, create three-dimensional model of the Huachen district； （2）Given Huachen district all buildings shot on the real texture photos and build a true 3D model textures, and performance optimization； （3）System the SuperMap DeskPro.net 6R environment file data set organization and management system attribute data，Information input and query of the residents upstairs residents； （4）The system uses three-dimensional display system SuperMap object 6R.net development platform by using C # under Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 to do secondary development, research and establishment of cell。
