由于生产过程自动化技术的大规模普及,工业系统大量采用了各种工业过程控制仪表及系统。为了保证生产过程安全、可靠的运行,要随时对这些过程控制仪表进行检验、和校准。传统方法是定期将现场固定安装仪表拆卸带回实验室进行检定校准,这种方式已不能满足现场周期检定的要求。因此有必要开发一款便于携带,操作简便的高精度现场过程校验仪。 论文设计了一款智能型现场过程仪表校验仪,基本量程的精度高达0.02%。功能涵盖了目前工业现场控制系统中各种电参量信号的校准与检验。其中包含:直流电压、电流、电阻、热电阻、热电偶、频率、脉冲、开关量等信号量的测量和输出功能,并在不同的功能下植入了各种必要的附加功能,如:冷端补偿,环路电源等。测量和输出为两个相互独立且隔离的通道,允许同时实时地测量和输出信号。 论文首先介绍了目前过程校验仪国内外发展的现状,根据设计要求给出了过程校验仪的总体设计,从功能模块出发,详细阐述了仪表的硬件实现和软件实现。仪表硬件电路较大,设计中有很多技术难点,如,电阻测量中高端恒流源的设计,电阻模拟输出的实现;高效率多路隔离供电系统;如何保证毫伏小信号的稳定性、低漂移及抗干扰等。软件主要以流程图的形式,对系统的各个主要模块的实现进行了阐述。论文对系统存在的噪声进行了研究,提出了一系列软硬件抗干扰的措施,软件上采用FIR数字滤波,仪表的自动实时补偿技术,有效的保证了仪表的精度。给出了实验结果,并对误差进行了分析,最后指出了本仪表存在的问题,并对未来改进的方向进行了展望。 论文设计的仪表作为便携式现场校验工具,具有体积小、重量轻、功耗低、较长工作时间等特性,具有很强的实用价值。

Due to the massive popularity of the production process automation technology, industrial systems use a large number of industrial process control instruments and systems. The process control instruments need inspection, and calibration at any time in order to guarantee the production process safe and reliable. The traditional method is to regularly demolish the fixed-site installation instruments and do test and calibration in laboratory.This way makes instrumentation can not meet the requirements of the scene of periodic verification. It is necessary to develop a portable and high precision field process calibrator which is easy to operate and meets the industrial field instrumentation calibration accuracy. The paper designs an intelligent field process instrumentation calibrator, the accuracy of the basic range of the instrument up to 0.02%, whose functions cover the calibration and test of a variety of electrical parameters signal in industrial control systems. Measurement and output functions both include: DC voltage, current, resistance, thermal resistance, thermocouple, frequency, pulse, switch and so on. Otherwise the instrument implanted the necessary additional features for different functions, such as: cold junction compensation, loop power supply and other functions. As two independent and isolated channels, measurement and output allow simultaneous real-time to measure and output the signals. The paper firstly introduced the present development status of the process calibrator. Then according to the requirements of the design, it gives the general design of the process calibrator. Starting from the function module, it detailed introduces the realization of the instrument hardware and software. The instrument hardware circuit is huge, so there are many technical difficulties in design, such as the design of high-end constant current source in resistance measurement; resistance simulation to achieve; high efficiency isolated power supply system; how to ensure that the millivolt small signal stability, low drift and interference. Software discusses the achievement of each of main modules in the system in the form of a flowchart. The paper studies the noise of the system and put forward a series of the anti-interference measures of software and hardware which effectively guaranteed the accuracy of the instrument due to using the finite impulse response digital filtering and the automatic real-time compensation technology in instrument in the software. Experimental results are given, and errors are analyzed. And finally it discusses the existing problems of this instrument and the improved direction in future. As a portable handheld field instrument, the paper designs the instrument who has a small size, light weight, low power consumption, longer working hours and other features, which has a strong practical value.
