随着煤炭市场的变化以及煤矿需求的不断提升，大型高强度刮板输送机的需求在不断增加，同样，作为刮板输送机重要配件之一的接链环需求也在升温。本课题重点研究矿用重载高强度接链环的加工生产工艺。通过对接链环产品结构分析研究，设计确定产品的技术路线和加工工艺方案；进行了工艺设备的选型；夹具及加工刀具的设计；进行了产品的加工试制和产品的性能测试。通过多次的性能测试对比及工艺的改进，最终使重载高强度接链环产品性能测试均达到了国际标准要求。 在对重载高强度接链环产品的国产化过程中，本课题重点解决了几个关键的技术问题：重载高强度接链环技术方案设计；加工设备的选型；加工夹具的设计、加工刀具的设计；加工工艺及热处理工艺设计；机械性能指标达到预期目标。 重载高强度接链环的国产化工艺研究，推广了重载高强度接链环在国内的普及和应用，使国产刮板输送机传动部分的性能得到了一定程度的提升。

As the dramatic change in coal market and increasing demand of coal mine, more and more heavy duty armored faced conveyor are required. This enables the supply of transmission chain connector, one of the key components of AFC conveyor become increasingly needed. The thesis contained will focus on the study of manufacturing technology. Through the constitutional study and structural analysis of the chain connector with heavy duty and high tension feature, the design of technical route and manufacture process is schemed; the selection which types of equipment are employed to produce the connector is finalized; the machining fixture and tooling devices is developed. Through the trial making and times of testing for mechanical property, the manufacture technology is improved, the mechanical property will be upgraded to meet the requirement in the world class standard of heavy duty, high tension chain connector. The approach will provide the solution to some key problem during process of localization in manufacturing heavy duty, high tension chain connector.
