工矿企业广泛使用的大功率同步电机普遍存在着运行能效低、耗电量高的问题,同步电机是电能损耗的主要负荷。开展同步电动机及供电系统的节能降损,优化经济运行方式具有显著的实用意义。 通过分析研究同步电机的节能控制技术,提出了一种通过调控电动机励磁电流,实现大功率同步电机节能降耗的控制策略,并对该控制策略进行了深入的分析研究。 研究了同步电动机恒功率因数运行的励磁系统调控方案。设计了同步电动机励磁控制系统,建立了各环节数学模型的传递函数。在控制单元中采用遗传算法对模糊PID 励磁节能控制进行了优化。在MATLAB 中搭建仿真平台,对模糊PID 励磁控制与遗传算法优化的模糊PID 励磁控制进行了仿真研究和对比分析。仿真结果表明用遗传算法优化的模糊PID 励磁节能控制能使同步电机的节能效果达到最佳。 用遗传算法优化的模糊PID 励磁节能控制在电动机负载恒定和波动等工况下,均能快速稳定的调节励磁系统,使电机无功及功率因数数值都能达到最优运行要求。从而达到电机及供电系统节能降损的目的。

The power synchronous motor widely used in mining enterprises is the problem of running low efficiency and high power consumption. Synchronous motor is the main load of power loss. The energy saving and loss reduction of synchronous motor and power supply system are significant and the economic operation mode is of great practical significance. Through the analysis of synchronous motor energy-saving control technology, a by regulating the exciting current of the motor to achieve high power synchronous motor energy saving control strategy, and in-depth analysis and study of the control strategy is put forward. The control scheme of excitation system for the operation of the synchronous motor constant power factor is studied. The excitation control system of the synchronous motor is designed, and the transfer function of the mathematical model is established. The fuzzy PID excitation energy saving control is optimized by using genetic algorithm in control unit. In the MATLAB build simulation platform, the fuzzy PID excitation control and genetic algorithm optimization of fuzzy PID excitation control are simulated and compared. The simulation results show that the energy saving of the synchronous motor can be achieved by the optimization of the fuzzy PID excitation energy saving with the genetic algorithm. Genetic algorithm is used to optimize the fuzzy PID excitation energy saving control in the motor load constant and fluctuating conditions can rapidly and stably adjusting excitation system, the motor power and power factor values can meet the requirements of optimal operation. So as to achieve the purpose of energy saving for motor and power supply system.
