带式输送机是现代散粒物料连续运输的重要设备。随着国民经济和工业技术的进一步发展,长距离、高带速、大运量的带式输送机已经成为输送机发展的主流。带式输送机的动力学特性对其稳定运行起着越来越重要的作用。本文以非线性动态显式有限元理论为核心建立了带式输送机的有限元整机模型,为带式输送机的动力学特性研究提供了一个新的方法。 本文首先在对非线性有限元理论和显式积分算法探讨分析的基础上,确立了建立带式输送机整机有限元动态特性分析的基本技术方案,并在详细研究了带式输送机各重要组成机构的基础上,建立了带式输送机的有限元整机模型;其次通过对不同启动速度、不同载荷工况带式输送机的动态特性分析,得出了不同工况下带式输送机的动态特性与运行速度之间的规律,分析了不同载荷工况、相同启动速度下带式输送机的动态特性;同时,通过对不同载荷工况、不同制动速度下带式输送机的制动过程进行动态分析,得出了带式输送机制动时的动态特性与运行速度之间的规律。最后对两种不同拉紧装置带式输送机的动态特性进行了分析。 论文采用的非线性动态显式有限元法,在带式输送机动态特性分析领域是一次新的尝试和探索。该方法从接触非线性和材料非线性的角度出发,首次采用HyperMesh和LS-DYNA相结合的方法对带式输送机的动态特性进行分析,研究了不同启动速度、不同载荷工况下带式输送机的动态特性,分析了不同拉紧装置对带式输送机动态特性的影响。研究为带式输送机的设计提供了一些指导性的建议,同时也对带式输送机有限元模型的建立提供了参考,为今后的研究指出了方向。

Belt conveyor is one of the most equipment used in bulk transport. With the development of national economy and technology, long distance, high speed and big bulk volume has become the main aspect of the belt conveyor’s development. The dynamic characteristic of the belt conveyor is playing a more and more important part in its reliable running. Dynamic analysis model of the belt conveyor is built with nonlinear dynamic finite element method, which is to provide a new technique for the research on the dynamic characteristic of the belt conveyor. Firstly,the basic technical program on the finite element dynamic analysis of belt conveyor is established based on the understanding non-linear finite element theory and explicit integral algorithm and the belt conveyor model is also established in this dissertation by means of studying each important composition of the belt conveyor; Secondly, the dynamic characteristics of belt conveyor are analyzed in the condition of various belt speeds and a different working condition, the change rule between dynamic characteristic of belt conveyor and belt speed in startup stage is obtained. The dynamic characteristics of belt conveyor also are analyzed under the different working condition and the same speed in startup phase. The dynamic characteristics of belt conveyor are synchronously analyzed in the condition of a different steady speed and a different working condition in brake stage. Finally, the dynamic characteristics of belt conveyor are analyzed under two different tensioning devices. It is a new exploration to study the belt conveyor dynamic characteristic by using the non-linear dynamic explicit finite element method. This method is based on contact nonlinearity and material nonlinearity. The approach of incorporating HyperMesh and LS-DYNA is used to obtain the dynamic characteristic of the belt conveyor. The dynamic characteristic of the belt conveyor is studied under the different startup speed and various load operating mode, then the effect of the different tensioning device on the dynamic characteristic of the belt conveyor is also analyzed. The achievements obtained in this research provide some theoretical base for the belt conveyor design,furthermore, it makes a reference to establish the FEM model and supplies the direction in future research.
