2011年以来,全球经济发展速度明显放缓,我国的商业银行竞争也愈来愈激烈。从一方面来看,国有银行网点经营模式依然沿用以往的传统经营模式,缺乏创新,无法满足现有经济环境下客户的金融需求;从另一方面来看,大量的外资银行开始涌入国内,他们新颖的经营模式理念在客户中已经具备了非常大的认可度,并且在实际的经营中也得到了很好的效果,提高了企业的核心竞争力。这对于商业银行追求银行利润最大化来说,网点的营业效率和收益是作为对银行经营状况评价的核心观点,所以由此看来,国有商业银行的网点转型已经迫在眉睫。
本文是以这类大环境为依托,认为中国银行JN分行基层网点的转型目标是:将以往操作型网点向营销型转变,通过增强营销水平来增加银行网点的业务收入,提高网点整体的核心竞争力;将网点业务进行全方位的转型;网点转型一方面要改进银行硬件设施,也是关于软件方面的转型,主要包括业务流程优化、科学的岗位分工、提高产品服务水平等。通过对中国银行JN分行基层网点的研究分析,指出中国银行JN分行基层网点存在经营管理模式的问题、渠道建设的问题、网点理财功能的问题、业务流程的问题、配套考核机制的问题、专业员工队伍的问题,结合对中国银行现有网点管理状态和经营模式进行SWOT的分析,以渠道管理作为理论依托,结合国内外银行转型的优秀经验,对网点转型做出合理化战略规划。主要从中国银行JN分行科学化物理网点的建设规划、服务的差异化和流程化、网点服务迁徙、网点员工的配置和绩效考核这四大类方面入手,来为基层网点的顺利转型提出建设性意见。

Since 2011,global economic growth is slowing down,China’s commercial banks is also increasingly fierce competition.On the one hand,the state-owned banks still follow the traditional business model ,the lack of innovation ,can not meet the current economic environment under the customer’s financial needs;on the other hand,a large number of foreign banks began to pour into China,their new business model concept in the customer already has great recognition and got a good effect in practical operation,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.For the commercial banks to pursue bank profit maximization,business efficiency and profitability as the core network is view of evaluation on the operation of banks,so it seems,the State-owned Commercial Bank branch transformation is imminent.
This is the kind of environment as the basis,that the basic network China bank JN
Branch transformation goal is:the operation to change the marketing outlets,increasing the business income of bank outlets by enhancing marketing level,improve the core competitiveness of the whole network;the network business transformation and a full range of network transformation;on the one hand the bank should improve the hardware faclilies,but also the transformation of software,including business process optimization,the scientific division of labor,improvr the product quality of service etc.Through the study of China bank JN branch of the grass-roots network analysis,pointed out that the existing channel management mode Chinese bank JN branch grassroots network problems,evaluation mechanism supporting problem,professional staff,combined with the analysis of the existing network management Chinese bank SWOT the status and operation mode,thechannel management as the theoretical basis,combined with the excellent experience of the transformation of domestic and foreign banks,make reasonable strategic planning transformation.The main difference from the China bank JN branch of scientific physical network,service and the process of network service migration,network staff allocation and performance evaluation of the four kinds of aspect to put forward constructive suggestions for the smooth transition of the basic network.
