近十多年来,随着综采技术的迅速发展,大倾角煤层开采矿井逐年增多,产量越来越大,效益也有了大幅度提高。 目前,大倾角煤层走向长壁综采的研究主要致力于设备选型及采煤工艺研究,并取得了长足发展,然而对开采技术有关参数的系统优化研究相对较少。为了安全、高效开采大倾角煤层,应加强有关参数的定量研究,特别是应着重加强大倾角煤层走向长壁综采工作面系统参数优化研究,为设计提供依据。 本文研究了大倾角煤层走向长壁综采工作面系统参数的优化,包括工作面长度、工作面推进速度、伪斜角度、主要机械设备参数等。其中主要以工作面长度的优化为主,建立了工作面长度的目标函数与约束条件,并建立了可靠性与工作面长度的数学模型;当乳化液泵站位于工作面运输巷,由于煤层倾角大,工作面乳化液泵对工作面上端头附近液压支架供液压力不足,也限制了工作面的长度。在优化的方法上,使用了基于运筹学、系统工程和计算机学科的综合优化方法。同时利用工作面长度与工作面推进速度的关系,给出了合理工作面长度的判据,并通过编程计算来确定合理的工作面的长度。分析了工作面主要费用参数值变化对工作面长度的灵敏度,依次得出为达到工作面长度最优化的目标需要着重考虑的参数。分析了大倾角煤层综采工作面伪仰斜开采下端头超前上端头长度、伪斜角度的数学模型。在考虑煤层倾角增大所带来的影响下,建立了大倾角煤层综采工作面采煤机牵引力、制动力,液压支架工作阻力、调架力,刮板输送机运输能力等参数的数学模型。建立了大倾角煤层走向长壁综采工作面参数优化的经济-数学模型,在此基础上,应用面向对象的可视化编程语言Visual Basic 6.0编程,对大倾角煤层走向长壁综采工作面的长度进行优化,以华蓥山绿水洞煤矿6134与5634工作面、靖远王家山煤矿44407工作面为工程实例进行优化研究,取得了满意效果,研究结果可为大倾角煤层开采设计参考。

Recent decade, with rapid development of fully-mechanized coal mining technology, exploitation of pitched seams in China is increasing year by year, yield is more and more big, efficiency has greatly been improved. At present, the research on fully-mechanized longwall along strike of pitched seam in China is devoted to equipment selection and the sduty of coal mining technology. Although fully-mechanized mining equipment and coal mining technology makes great progress, the study of system optimization in related parameters of mining pitched seam technology is less. With the request of safety and efficient to coal mining, should strengthen the quantitative research of related parameters as soon as quickly. Especially, it should be strengthened the study about parameters optimization of fully mechanized pitched seam, and provide basis for design. This paper discusses optimization of parameters of working face in fully-mechanized longwall along strike of pitched-seam, including face length, drawing speed of face, oblique angle, parameters of main equipment, etc. Among them the mainly parameter is the face length, and established the objective function and constraint condition of face length.Basis on the reliability and the face length, established a related mathematical model. When the emulsion pump station was located in conveyance road, due to the special geological conditions of pitched seam, emulsion pump station cannot supply enough liquid for hydraulic support nearby the return airway, which limited the face length. As the optimized design method, this paper uses base on operations research (OR), system engineering (SE), computer subject, etc. synthesizing optimization approaches. Meanwhile based on the relationship of face length and drawing speed of face, given the criterion of reasonable face length, so we can get the result by calculation, which can determine change the face length or not. Analysis the sensitivity that the value of main cost parameters on the face length and give the main cost parameters that need emphatically considered. When the pseudo-inclined caving was used in pitched seam, analysis the mathematical model of lead quantity and oblique angle . Under the influence of pitched seam, established related mathematical model, including the traction force and breaking force of shearer, the working resistance and adjusted frame force of hydraulic support, transport capacity of scraper conveyor. The economic mathematical model of working face of parameters optimization in fully-mechanized longwall along strike of pitched seam is established, and obtained the optimal parameter values. Based on it , using programming language of object-orientation and visualizing Visual Basic 6.0, software on the optimization of the face length in fully-mechanized longwall mining pitched seam. The software is used in No.6134 workface and No.5634 workface of LvShuiDong mine, and No.44407 workface of WangJiaShan mine. It has been shown that the result of computer was anastomosed with fact, which can be used for reference to mining design and production about pitched seam.
