一个企业要生存、发展,从市场获得更多的利润,就必须向市场提供客户满意甚至使客户产生意外惊喜的高质量产品和服务。如何通过有效实施全面质量管理来提高企业绩效,成为企业应对当前竞争的一大问题。因此本文重点研究全面质量管理要素和企业绩效之间的关系。
本文首先在相关文献回顾的基础上,结合我国国情,参考卓越绩效评价准则,选取了本文研究所要采用的指标,在此基础上构建了本研究的概念模型,并提出研究假设;接着设计调查问卷,进行数据的搜集、样本检验;最后通过路径分析方法进行实证研究。对本文提出的12条假设,验证9条成立,3条没有通过验证。
本研究的主要结论有:①在对企业绩效的直接影响中,“过程管理”对企业绩效的直接作用最显著,其次为“测量、分析和改进”;②在对企业绩效的间接影响中,“顾客与市场”的间接作用最大,其次为“战略”;③ 全面质量管理六要素中,“领导”对“测量、分析与改进”的影响最大;“顾客与市场”对“资源”和“过程管理”的影响最大;“战略”对“资源”的影响为负值;“领导”对“过程管理”的影响不显著。

An enterprise which wants to survive, develop and get more profit from the market, must provide high quality products and service to the market, which is satisfacted by the customers and even makes customer produce a pleasant surprise. A big problem which the enterprise reply the current competition is how to implement total quality management effectively to improve business performance. Therefore this paper focuses on the influence between total quality management elements and enterprise performance.
Firstly, this paper reviews the related literatures, combines with the situation of our country, refers to the Excellent Performance Evaluation Criteria and selects the indexes in this paper. Secondly, this paper constructs the conceptual model, proposing the hypotheses. Thirdly, the paper designs the questionnaire, collect the data, and inspect the sample. Lastly, the paper adopts the method of the path analysis for the empirical research. Between the 12 assumptions putted forward by this paper, 9 assumptions have been proved, and 3 assumptions have not been proved.
The main conclusions of this study are as follows: ① The element of process management makes a direct impact on enterprise performance mostly, followed by the element of measurement, analysis and improvement. ② The element of the customers and the market affect the enterprise performance indirectly and the effect is more stronger than any others. ③ Among six elements of total quality management, the element of leaders influences the element of measurement, analysis and improvement strongly. There is a strong relationship between the element of the customers and the market and the elements of resource and process management. The element of strategy affects the element of resource negatively. The element of leaders doesn’t influence the element of process management obviously.
