通过对陕西渭北彬长矿区及其他矿区资料的收集调查,结合该区域水土保持综合效益评价理论,针对煤矿区水土流失的特点,建立了煤矿区水土保持综合效益评价体系。并研究了2006-2010年彬长矿区水土保持综合效益变化规律及2010年彬长矿区的水土保持综合效益的现状。主要结论如下:
(1)对煤矿区水土流失的现状、原因、特征、危害以及水土保持的防治措施进行了总结。
(2)运用DPSIR模型,从潜在力、压力、状态、影响以及响应五个方面,选取了煤矿区水土保持综合效益评价的初级指标25个。采用灰色关联度法对指标进行筛选,建立评价指标体系,同时建立模糊综合评判评价模型。
(3)运用层次分析-熵值修正法确定评价指标权重,采用二级模糊综合评判对彬长矿区的2010年水土保持综合效益进行了评价。评价结果:彬长水土保持综合效益隶属于Ⅱ级(好),隶属度为0.5563。社会效益、经济效益对彬长矿区水土保持综合效益的贡献值最大,有利于提高矿区水土保持的综合效益,而生态效益明显制约了煤矿区水土保持综合效益的提高。
(4)对彬长矿区2006-2010年水土保持综合效益进行趋势评价。彬长矿区的水土保持综合效益整体状况基本呈现逐年增加趋势,其综合效益从一般标准上升到好。在对三个效益方面的分析中发现:彬县矿区水土保持综合效益呈逐渐上升的趋势,达到了中等标准,水土保持系统处于中级良性循环,但生态建设有待进一步加强。

Through the investigation of Binchang mining area in shaan, combine with comprehensive benefits of water and soil conservation evaluation theory, and base on the characteristics of soil erosion in coal mine area, we establish the comprehensive benefits of water and soil conservation evaluation system in coal mining area. Then study on the change law of comprehensive benefits of water and soil conservation in 2006-2010 and present situation of comprehensive benefits of water and soil conservation in 2010. The main results are as follows:
(1) Analyze corresponding theory of soil and water loss in coal mining area.The present situation, the causes, characteristics and the harm of soil erosion and the prevention measures of soil and water conservation measures coal mining area are summarized.
(2)Construct evaluation index system and select the evaluation method of comprehensive benefits of water and soil conservation in coal mining area. From the potential force, stress, influence, state and response, DPSIR model are applied to select primary 25 evaluation index of comprehensive benefits of water and soil conservation in coal mining area. Select the index by using grey relation degree, and then construct evaluation index system and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation model.
(3) AHP and Entropy Weight Method are adopted to determine the weight of a evaluation factors. Secondary Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method are used to evaluate the comprehensive benefits of water and soil conservation in Binchang mining area in 2010. The present situation indicates that the membership degree of comprehensive benefits of water and soil conservation in Binchang mining area belongs to Level Ⅱ(good), is 0.5563. The contribution value of social benefits and economic benefits is bigger than ecological benefits, which is beneficial to improve comprehensive benefits of water and soil conservation, but ecological benefits restrict it.
(4) Make trend evaluation on comprehensive benefits of water and soil conservation in Binchang mining area in 2006-2010. According to that, we know the overall situation of comprehensive benefits of water and soil conservation in Binchang mining area increased year by year, its comprehensive benefits rise from the general standard to good. Through the analysis of the three benefit we find that the comprehensive benefits of water and soil conservation in Binchang mining area increase gradually, achieve the medium-sized standard,soil and water conservation system are in benign cycle, ecological construction still need to be further strengthened.
