自党的十八大以来，习近平总书记在多种场合多次提及奋斗的意义和价值，鼓励全国人民勇做时代的奋斗者、追梦者。站在新的历史方位和时代起点，国内外形势如今错综复杂，因此我们必须要时刻保持头脑清醒，精准把握未来的发展趋势。立足于国内实际国情，坚决服从中国共产党的伟大领导，在新的时代背景下继续开展斗争。我国的发展建设离不开大学生群体的重要支持，同时大学生群体也是实现中国梦和实现百年目标的重要参与者，肩上有着光荣且神圣的历史使命，因此大学生在面对社会不同复杂因素时，必须坚持思想层面上奋斗观的建设培养，这将有利于当代大学生完成正确奋斗观的建设，其战略发展意义十分重要。本次研究采取了文献研究和问卷研究的调查方法，对马克思主义经典作家所倡导的奋斗观做出整理归纳，并且根据我国中华民族传承下来的优秀文化思想和中国共产党人对奋斗观做出的详细论述内容，以新时代背景下的大学生群体奋斗观为出发点，用问卷调查的形式对如何在新时代培育大学生群体奋斗观问题上展开研究，通过积极探索获取当代大学生培育正确奋斗观的有效方式。
一直以来，我国都高度重视培育新时代大学生的奋斗观，在培育工作方面也取得了一定的成效。如今我们正逢世界百年未有之大变局，正逢中华民族伟大复兴的奋斗期，新时代大学生奋斗观培育工作仍面临诸多问题，如大学生自身奋斗动力缺乏；网络媒体环境不佳；高校对大学生奋斗观培育力度不足以及家庭层面对奋斗观教育的忽视等。针对这些问题，本文构建起家庭、高校、社会以及大学生自身的协同力量，在实践中形成正确的奋斗观。

Standing at a new historical position and starting point of the times, the domestic and international situation is now complex, so we must always maintain a clear mind and accurately grasp the future development trends. Based on the actual domestic conditions, we will resolutely obey the great leadership of the CPC and continue to struggle in the new era. The development and construction of our country cannot do without the important support of the college student community, and the college student community is also an important participant in realizing the Chinese Dream and achieving the centenary goal. They have a glorious and sacred historical mission on their shoulders. Therefore, when facing different and complex factors in society, college students must adhere to the construction and cultivation of a struggle concept at the ideological level. This will be beneficial for contemporary college students to complete the construction of a correct struggle concept, and its strategic development significance is very important. This research adopts the methods of literature research and questionnaire research to sort out and summarize the concept of struggle advocated by Marxist classical writers, and based on the excellent cultural ideas inherited by the Chinese nation and the detailed discussion of the concept of struggle by the CPC, it starts from the concept of struggle of college students in the new era, Conduct research on how to cultivate a group of college students' concept of struggle in the new era through questionnaire surveys, and actively explore effective ways to cultivate a correct concept of struggle among contemporary college students.
China has always attached great importance to cultivating the concept of struggle among college students in the new era, and has achieved certain results in the cultivation work. Nowadays, we are facing a major change in the world that has not been seen in a century, and a period of great rejuvenation for the Chinese nation. In the cultivation of the concept of struggle among college students in the new era, there are still many problems, such as a lack of motivation for their own struggle; Poor online media environment; The lack of efforts in cultivating the concept of struggle among college students in universities and the neglect of education on the concept of struggle at the family level. In response to these issues, this article constructs a collaborative force among families, universities, society, and college students themselves, forming a correct concept of struggle in practice.
