随着我国煤炭行业的飞速发展,煤矿供电的安全可靠对煤矿具有重要意义,而由供电引发的煤矿安全问题也不断受到重视。如何让调度指挥中心快速了解并且处理事故,从而缩小事故范围,降低安全隐患;如何实现供电环节的智能优化;如何增强煤矿供电网络的全面监测与控制,便对于实现煤矿供电系统的智能化、系统化管理十分重要。因此,如何更好的对煤矿供电系统进行有效全面的监控对于保证煤矿安全生产意义重大。为更好的实现井下变电站的远程监控和无人值守等要求,文章该煤矿的井下供电系统进行改造,采用了基于煤矿井下安全监控系统供电的工业以太环网架构,井下监测站以太网为首要供电方式,同时通过有效通信方式与地面控制中心高速接入。综合自动化系统作为一个整体的子系统矿山,作为地面上的生产调度监控中心,具有遥测、遥调、遥视等功能。
本文针对照金煤矿的实际情况,对该矿的电力监控系统的进行设计并最终实现工业应用。通过了解当前煤矿供电监控系统特点的基础上,根据照金煤矿供电系统的实际特点,并结合生产实际及相关要求,分别针对对井上的监控中心及井下供电监测分站进行符合实际情况的总体设计。井下供电系统作为照金煤矿电力综合自动化系统的子系统,采用了基于以太环网架构的井下供电方式,同时利用其实现矿井监控中心与井下监测分站的信息交互。这不仅有高速接入的功能,而且可以在地面上的生产调度指挥中心进行统一的监控。基于以上符合矿井实际需求的总体设计和以太网供电系统的技术优势,从而使矿井下供电设备具备“五遥”功能,在确保安全生产的同时,真正实现煤矿供电系统的网络化、信息化、智能化。

Coal mine in the transformation of the power supply system , the use of advanced domestic industrial Ethernet ring network based on downhole power downhole safety monitoring system, using Ethernet -powered monitoring station of the underground and the ground control center to achieve high-speed access , as full mine integrated automation system subsystems , production scheduling command center on the ground unified control , to achieve the mine operated equipment remote control, telemetry , remote, remote adjustment, remote viewing capabilities , thus achieving underground substation unattended. As China's coal industry, the level of mechanization and automation of the continuous improvement of coal for electricity production is getting stronger dependence , caused by the supply of coal mine safety problems are more prominent. Therefore, the power supply system of coal mine monitoring and control is particularly important . How to make dispatch center quickly understand and deal with the accident , thus minimizing the scope of the accident , so to minimize security risks . How to better achieve unattended substation . How to optimize coal -powered remote monitoring system to improve coal supply system integrated automation management capabilities. These are the current coal power monitoring system needs to be addressed.
This work is mainly engaged in gold mine power monitoring system according to the design and application . In the current study the characteristics of coal -powered monitoring system based on the gold mine according to the actual characteristics of the power supply system , combined with the actual production and related requirements , proposed gold mine power monitoring system according to the overall design, complete the ground control centers and monitoring of underground power supply station design . According to mine gold mine as a whole integrated automation system subsystems , underground power supply system in the overall design scheme, using the current domestic advanced downhole industry based Ethernet ring network using Ethernet -powered monitoring station of the underground and ground monitoring the communication, not only can achieve high-speed access , but also on the ground command center unified monitoring production scheduling . Mine -powered devices to achieve remote control, telemetry , remote adjustment , remote viewing and other five remote functions. The power supply system with unattended condition .
