无轴传动是一门结合传动、控制、通信和机械等技术的综合性技术。它能够在多轴同步传动领域,如伺服机床、印刷、轧钢或者机器人跟踪等中用虚拟电子轴取代机械传动轴来实现传动关系,有非常好的应用前景。 课题以无轴传动在印刷机中应用为背景,全面、深入研究了无轴传动的特点、应用以及工作原理,针对无轴传动技术的结构特点,进行无轴传动张力控制系统方案设计,完成了对无轴传动控制器硬件模块电路的设计,并用模糊 控制算法实现了多电机同步控制。 无轴传动控制系统的实质是多电机同步控制,为了更好的达到多电机同步控制的目的,系统充分应用主从电机速度差与张力的比例关系,在多电机同步控制的基础上,采用新型智能控制算法— 算法,实现恒张力控制。在印刷机无轴传动控制系统的恒张力控制中,课题首先对卷绕过程中张力变化的一般规律进行研究,并建立了数学模型;然后引入 算法,对 算法在印刷机无轴传动控制系统中的应用进行了算法推导;最后分别用 和 算法在 中对无轴传动中的恒张力控制进行算法仿真。 仿真结果表明:在无轴传动这样多变量、参数时变、速度—张力强耦合系统中, 控制算法在抗干扰、稳定性、跟踪性等方面的控制效果优于 控制。对 算法在印刷机无轴传动张力控制系统中应用的研究为多电机同步伺服系统的张力控制提供了一种可行的方法,为搭建系统奠定了理论依据。

Shaftless driven technology is a integrated technology, which spans domains within mechanical engineering, control theory,communication theory and transmission technology. Shaftless driven technology can replace mechanism transmission to realize exact transmission. So shaftless driven technology plays an important role and has capacious application foreground in printing, mechanical processing and other fields that needs. This paper takes the shaftless driving technology in printing machine as application background,studying the shaftless drive technology comprehensive,indepth,design the system scheme according to the structure characteristics and system application of shaftless driven technology,completing the design of hardware circuit of shaftless driven on this basis,achieving the synchronization control of multiple motors with Fuzzy-PID control algorithms. The essence of shaftless driven control is multi-motor synchronous control,in order to achieve the synchronization control of multiple motors,adjusting and preticting the motors’speeds timely,the system full applying the proportional relationship of speeds difference of motors and tension,by using intelligent control algorithm-PFC algorithm to simulating the tension control system,achieving constant tension control.In this constant tension control,paper first discusses the variation principle of tension, then establishes the mathematical model of variable tension value on tension control system. To achieving the constent tension control, the paper introduces PFC algorithm. Both models based on the algorithms of PFC and PID control on shaftless driven are modeled and simulated.At the same time,the paper elaborates the proposing、appling、developing、operating principles of PFC algorithm;derivates the application of PFC algorithm in shaftless-driven in pringting machine. The simulation results indicates that the algorithms control of PFC is better than PID in anti-interferencing,stabling and tracking in the complex system with multiple variables, time-varying and strong-coupling characteristics. The simulation system provides a theoretical basis to build the actual control system.
