随着我国关于煤矿避险系统建设及相关法律法规的逐渐完善,也带来了更多对以救生舱为主的井下避险系统的有效性的质疑。为此,本论文通过分析我国现阶段避灾系统的构成,相应灾害下的避灾措施,以及灾害事故的统计明确了瓦斯煤尘爆炸下避险系统的重要性。同时,以国内外学者对瓦斯煤尘爆炸的研究为基础,建立了事故伤害范围模型,并通过该模型,以瓦斯煤尘爆炸的数值计算明确了井下工作面紧急避险系统的理论有效性。并以此为前提,在有效性的基础上,提出了以事故伤害范围为准则,建设避灾系统理论,优化了工作面避灾系统与硐室系统的建设设置方案。最后本论文通过结合矿山事故实例的应用,确定了该方案的可行性,并为该事故矿井事故后避灾系统建设提供了依据,同时也为其他煤矿应急避险系统的建设提供了良好的借鉴。

With the gradual perfection of the construction of the safe haven system and the relevant laws and regulations, it has also brought more questions to the validity of the safe haven system which is mainly based on the rescue system. So, this paper analyses the composition of the disaster avoidance system at the present stage in China, and the measures to avoid disaster under the corresponding disaster, and combining the gas under the coal dust explosion disaster accident statistics has been clear about the importance of safety system. At the same time, the scholars at home and abroad based on the study of gas coal dust explosion, the scope of accident damage model is established, and through this model, in the calculation of the small gas coal dust explosion the effectiveness of the underground working face emergency safety system. On the basis of effectiveness, put forward by the scope of accident harm, the construction to avoid disaster system theory, face disaster avoidance system was optimized and the construction of a cavern system Settings. Finally by combining the application of mine accident examples in this paper to determine the feasibility of the scheme, the mine accident and the accident after construction to provide the basis for preventing disaster system, as well as other coal mine emergency safety system construction provides a good reference.
