煤炭在当今世界能源结构中占有十分重要的地位,但煤矿火灾仍然是煤矿安全的重要隐患之一。由于煤矿综放采空区开采强度大,冒落空间高,一次性遗煤较多,工作面供风量相对较大,再加上工作面通风难以管理,使采空区容易遗留大量浮煤,造成采空区遗煤自燃。 华亭陈家沟煤矿3103综放工作面采用倾斜分层走向长壁综采低位放顶煤采煤方法,全部垮落法管理顶板,分层厚度10m,其中机采厚度3m,放顶煤厚度7m,采放比1:2.3。该工作面采用分段间隔多轮顺序放煤,两采一放,截深0.6m,循环步距为1.2m。 本文采用现场观测、实验研究和数值模拟相结合的方法对陈家沟煤矿3103综放采空区自燃危险区域判定进行研究。首先,利用大型煤自然发火实验台和程序升温实验,对煤自燃特性参数进行了实验测试,并得出煤的最短自然发火期为32天;其次,通过现场观测和生产状况确定了采空区浮煤厚度,即进回风顺槽及两端头支架处浮煤厚度为8.75m,工作面中部的浮煤厚度为1.88m;然后,通过理论分析得出工作面采空区空隙率和渗透率分布规律,并结合工作面实测数据,建立采空区渗流数学模型及三维物理模型,并应用ANSYS FLUENT软件进行数值模拟,得出了采空区氧浓度、压力分布图;最后,通过对实验数据、现场观测和数值模拟进行综合分析,得出陈家沟煤矿3103综放工作面采空区“三带”的分布和最低安全推进速度。

Coal is among the most important emergy resources around the world, but coal is still one of important hidden trouble in the safety of coal mine fire. Because of large strength of fully mechanized mining areas, high taking down space, more coal in one-time off, rather mining air volume in workface, plus it’s hard to manage ventilation in workface, all this make more float mine left in coal gob easily, which cause left coal combustion in gob. 3103 fully mechanized coal workface using Tilting layered trend long wall fully mechanized low caving coal method in Chen Jia-gou coal in Hua Ting, using all the full collapse to management the roof, layer thickness is10 m, machine adopt thickness is 3 m, thickness of top coal caving is 7 m, caving ratio is 1:2.3. The mining workface using piecewise interval several rounds of order put coal, two mining a put, cutting depth is 0.6 m, circulation steps is 1.2 m. This paper uses the spot observation, experimental study and numerical simulation method to research mine spontaneous combustion dangerous area in Chen jia-gou 3103 fully mechanized gob. First, use of large coal spontaneous combustion equipment and procedures warming experiments to test the coal spontaneous combustion characteristic parameters, and know the shortest coal spontaneous combustion time is 32 days; Second, through site observation and production status determinate float coal thickness, Double Crossheading and two end scaffold float coal thickness is 8.75 m, central workface floating coal thickness is 1.88 m; And then, through the theoretical analysis obtain porosity and permeability distribution, combined with actual situation date in workface, establish a mathematical and physical model, and simplify the boundary conditions reasonably, then applicate ANSYS FLUENT software to simulate mine workface gob, then get the oxygen concentration and pressure distribution; Finally, based on the experimental data, the field observation and numerical simulation analysis, conclude gob coal combustion "three zones" and the lowest safety advancing speed of Chen Jia-gou mine 3103 fully-mechanized.
