防爆无轨胶轮车是现代煤矿运输中最先进的辅助运输设备之一,已被广泛应用于煤矿辅助运输。但由于工作在爆炸性气体环境中,防爆无轨胶轮车必须采取防爆处理并安装安全保护系统。我国无轨辅助运输技术研究起步较晚,防爆无轨胶轮车的安全保护系统研究尚处于初级阶段。稳定、高效、智能的安全保护系统可以保障防爆无轨胶轮车在爆炸性气体环境中工作的安全,并提高煤炭辅助运输的效率。防爆无轨胶轮车安全保护系统是煤炭辅助运输机械的重要研究课题之一。本论文主要完成以下工作:
(1)分析了防爆无轨胶轮车在煤矿井下工作的不安全因素,提出安全保护系统设计方案。
(2)完成安全保护系统方案设计,使用ARM920T核心芯片S3C2440A作为处理器,使用温度传感器、气体浓度传感器、机油压力传感器、浮子液位传感器、转速传感器检测巷道内瓦斯体积浓度和防爆无轨胶轮车运行状态,使用液晶汉显技术与声光报警实现显示报警。
(3)完成硬件器件选型,设计安全保护系统硬件电路。主要有S3C2440A最小系统设计、传感器检测电路设计、显示报警与按键电路设计。
(4)编写相应驱动与控制程序,程序主要有S3C2440A系统硬件驱动、数字信号传感器读写程序、AD模块驱动程序、数据处理程序、液晶汉显程序、声光报警程序等,实现系统设计功能。
(5)对设计系统进行功能测试,测试结果表明:安全保护系统实现设计功能,硬件和软件设计是合理可行的。
本论文设计的安全保护系统方案经过验证是可行的,能实现安全保护系统的监测、数据显示与控制响应的功能设计。

Explosion-proof trackless rubber-tyred vehicle is one of the most advanced auxiliary transport equipment of modern colliery transportation; it has been widely used in colliery auxiliary transportation. But because the explosion-proof trackless rubber-tyred vehicle works in explosive gas environment, it must be installed for the safety and protection system. The research of China's auxiliary trackless transport technology started late, research of safety protection system of trackless rubber-tyred car is still in the primary stage. Stable, efficient, and intelligent safety protection system can guarantee the safety of trackless rubber-tyred vehicle in the explosive gas environment, and improve the efficiency of colliery auxiliary transportation. Safety protection system of trackless rubber-tyred vehicle is one of the important research topic of auxiliary transportation machinery by coal. This thesis completed the following tasks.
(1)Analysed the insecurity of trackless rubber-tyred vehicle working in the coal mine, proposed the safety protection system design.
(2)Secured protection system design, using the chip S3C2440A with ARM920T core, detecting the running state of trackless rubber-tyred vehicle by temperature sensor sensors, gas concentration sensor, oil pressure sensor, float level sensor, speed sensor, using liquid crystal Chinese show to sound and light alarm.
(3)Completed the hardware device selection, designed the security system hardware circuit. Include the S3C2440A minimum system, sensor detection circuit, display alarm and button circuit.
(4)Prepared the corresponding drive and control procedures, include the S3C2440A system hardware drivers, digital signal sensor literacy program, AD module driver, data handler, LCD Chinese character display program, sound and light alarm program, completed system design features.
(5)Tested the functional of the design system, experimental results indicated, the design feature is rational.
The proven safety protection system solutions of this thesis is feasible, to achieve the monitoring of the safety protection system, the design of the data display and control response function.
