随着国民经济和科学技术的快速发展,各种工业生产对电能质量的要求越来越高。然而,现代电力电子设备的大量使用又造成电能污染日趋严重,电能质量正成为电力部门和用户日益关注的问题。因此对电能质量进行监测与分析具有重要的意义。
首先,本文对国内外的电能质量研究现状进行了分析,然后详细阐述了电压偏差、频率偏差、三相不平衡、谐波、电压波动与闪变、电能暂态等电能质量的各项指标。根据国家标准要求,详细分析了各类电能质量指标的检测原理和计算方法,为电能质量监测装置研制提供了必要的理论依据。
在此基础上,针对电能质量监测系统中支持复杂算法和保持实时性的特殊要求,研制了基于ARM+DSP构架的电能质量监测装置的硬件平台和软件系统。并且从硬件和软件及算法两个方面详细介绍了电能质量监测装置的研制方法。
最后,本文就电能质量监测装置性能测试的结果进行了较为全面的介绍,测试结果验证了算法的合理性,软硬件设计达到了预期设计要求。

With the rapid development of national economy and science technology,diverse kinds of industry production demand higher power quality; moreover, with the widely application of modern power electronics technology,power quality is deteriorated increasingly.So detecting and analyzing power quality is very significant.
First of all,the author gives an introduction to the study of power quality home and abroad,then gives a complete explanation to the power quality indices according to voltage deviation,frequency deviation,three-phase unbalance factor,harmonics,fluctuation and flicker of voltage,temporary or transient voltage dips and swells and so on.According to the National Standards,the author summarizes the different monitoring theories and calculating methods in power quality indices,which give necessary theoretical support to the developing of the monitoring instrument.
Bases on them,and according to the special demand that the system should support complicated algorithm and be real-time,the hardware and software of the ARM+DSP framework are designed,then the author narrates the development of the meter.
At the end of the thesis,the author gives a full introduction to the results of the function test of the monitoring instrument.The test data proves that the algorithm methods are correct and reasonable and the design of the software and the hardware achieve the desired requirements.
