应用了变频驱动的刮板输送机与传统刮板输送机相比,很好的解决了刮板输送机频繁启动、重载启动等难题,但在刮板输送机启动和运行过程中,仍然存在负载功率分配不平衡、低煤量高速运行浪费电能等问题。本文对刮板输送机变频控制系统进行了设计,在变频驱动已有的优点基础上,对存在问题进行合理解决,使其更加高效地应用于刮板输送机。主要研究成果和工作如下: (1)确定了刮板输送机的结构和尺寸,并根据刮板输送机井下运行实际情况对其负载特性进行了分析,研究了刮板输送机的重载启动和过载运行的情况,对多电机驱动的刮板输送机功率平衡问题进行了分析,确定了影响功率平衡的因素是功率分配和顺序启动时间,为刮板输送机的变频控制系统设计提供了依据。 (2)对刮板输送机变频控制系统的架构进行了设计,推导出了刮板输送机机头和机尾电机功率分配与电机额定转速、电机同步转速的相关性;研究了系统与变频电机通讯的物理接口和通讯协议,确定设置参数和检测数据,制定了控制变频电机策略,对控制系统涉及的参数和控制命令以及对外接口进行了分析,保证了刮板输送机变频控制系统与变频电机的数据交换,完成了主要的控制策略,实现了刮板输送机的功率平衡和根据刮板输送机当前运煤量的自适应调速。 (3)确定了刮板输送机变频控制系统中PLC、工业平板电脑、1000kW防爆变频一体式电机及附属设备等硬件的型号,对选择的各硬件性能做了简单介绍,根据所选的硬件设计了刮板输送机变频控制系统电气原理图;根据制定方案对刮板输送机变频控制系统软件进行了设计,分别对PLC和工业平板电脑运行的组态王进行硬件组态和软件编程,绘出了各工作单元的编程程序流程图,完成了系统的软件设计工作。 (4)对刮板输送机变频控制系统进行了试验研究,确定了试验设备步骤。完成了机尾、平行机头和垂直机头电机转速分别为300 r/min、500 r/min、800 r/min、1000 r/min、1500 r/min和1800 r/min六种工况条件下实测电机电流、开关显示电流、绕组1温度、绕组2温度等的测量。对实验数据进行分析,验证系统设计的有效性和合理性。 刮板输送机变频控制系统的设计解决了变频驱动刮板输送机存在的问题,提高了刮板输送机的自动化程度,为煤矿安全、高效生产提供保证。

Compared with traditional scraper conveyor, the scraper conveyor with variable frequency drive is a good solution for the frequent start, heavy load start of scraper conveyor and other problems. But in the process of start-up and operation of the scraper conveyor, there are still some problems such as uneven distribution of load power, the waste of energy in high speed and low load running. In this paper, there is a design of the variable frequency control system of scraper conveyor, based on the advantages and existing problems of variable frequency drive, which make it more efficiently used in scraper conveyor. The main research results are as follows: (1) The structure and size of the scraper conveyor has been confirmed. Base on the actual situation of the scraper conveyor of downhole operation, this paper also analyzes the load characteristics, the heavy load starting and overload operation of the scraper conveyor of the scraper conveyor, and the power balance problems of multi motor drive. It confirms that the factors affecting the balance of power is power distribution and sequence starting time, providing the basis for the design of control system of variable frequency of scraper conveyor. (2) This paper designs the architecture of the variable frequency control system of scraper conveyor, deduces the relationship between power allocation of the head/tail of scraper conveyor motor, the rated motor speed and motor synchronous speed. It researches on the physical interface and communication protocol between system and the frequency conversion motor, determines the setup parameters and test data, makes the control strategy of variable frequency motor. The parameters of control system and interface were analyzed, in order to ensure the data exchange of the scraper conveyor control system with variable frequency motor frequency conversion. It contains the main control strategy, and can achieve the power balance of the scraper conveyor and the adaptive control based on scraper conveyor coal quantity. (3) This paper determines the model of PLC, industrial computer, 1000kW explosion-proof variable frequency motor and ancillary equipment in variable frequency control system. Then it makes a simple introduction about the selected hardware performance, designs the electrical schematic of the scraper conveyor variable frequency control system. According to the scheme, the design of the scraper conveyor variable frequency control system software is made. By respectively completing hardware configuration and software programming of PLC and industrial computer and drawing the flow chart of program of each unit, the software design of the system is completed. (4) This paper researches the frequency control system of scraper conveyor. It confirms the test equipment and steps, completes the measure of motor current, current display on switch, winding 1 temperature and winding 2 temperatures, on the six working conditions which the motor speed was 300 r/min, 500 r/min, 800 r/min, 1000 r/min, 1500 r/min and 1800 r/min. With the analysis of the experimental data, the effectiveness and rationality of the system design has been verified. The design of scraper conveyor variable frequency control system can solve the problem of variable frequency drive, improve the degree of automation of the scraper conveyor, and provide a guarantee for the efficient production of coal mine safety.
