本文以陕西澄合矿业公司王村煤矿井下供电监控系统的技术改造项目为背景,介绍了井下供电监控系统的设计思路和系统设计,利用先进的计算机测控技术和网络通信技术实现基于工业以太环网的煤矿井下供电监控系统。
陕西澄合矿业公司王村煤矿井下供电是由地面110/35/10kV变电站两路10kV馈出线到井下中央变电所,再由中央变电所馈电到三下变电所和四采变电所,井下各供电设备由具有综保功能的高、低压开关实现就地控制与保护;地面监控中心无法了解井下各电气设备的运行状态及各种电气参数。
煤矿井下供电事故频发,甚至造成井下大面积停电停风,引发更大的安全隐患。对井下供电系统的保护和控制就显得更加重要。因此要求地面调度指挥中心了解并快速处理事故,缩小事故范围,将安全隐患降到最低,实现煤矿电网的远程监控及综合自动化管理能力。
在对该煤矿井下供电系统进行改造时,采用目前国内先进的基于井下工业以太环网的井下供电安全监测监控系统,利用以太网将井下各供电监测分站与地面监控中心实现高速接入,作为全矿井综合自动化系统的子系统,在地面生产调度指挥中心统一监控,实现矿井下供电设备的遥控、遥测、遥信、遥调、遥视功能,进而实现井下变电所无人值守。

Based on the technical transformation project in Shaanxi Chenghe mineral company Wangcun mine underground power supply monitoring system for the background, introduces the design idea and system designing of power supply monitoring system for underground, realises a underground-coal mine power monitoring system based on Industrial Ethernet ring network using advanced computer control technology and network communication technology.
Shaanxi Chenghe mineral company Wangcun mine power supply is composed of two 10kV 110/35/10kV substation ground wire feeder to the central substation underground, and then by the central substation feeder three substations and four substations, underground power supply equipment with high, low voltage switch integrated function of the realization of local control and protection of the ground; the monitoring center can not understand the underground electrical equipment running status and various electrical parameters.
Frequent accidents in underground coal mine power supply, even cause the large area power to stop the wind, lead to greater security risks. On the protection of underground power supply system and control becomes more and more important. Therefore the ground dispatching command center and fast processing accident, reduce accidents, the security risks to a minimum, to achieve coal mine power network remote monitoring and automation management ability.
In the transformation of the underground power supply system, using the current domestic underground industrial Ethernet ring network of underground power supply safety monitoring system based on advanced, using Ethernet to underground power supply monitoring station and the ground control center to realize high-speed access, as a subsystem of the whole well integrated automation system, the production scheduling and command center ground monitoring power supply equipment, remote control, telemetry, remote signaling under mine, remote adjustment, remote viewing function, thereby realizing no-man control in underground substation.
