针对立井箕斗定重装载系统的装载精度问题进行研究,分析装载系统中大纯滞后问题、关闸门过程中剩余煤流等不稳定因素对装载精度的影响,通过理论和实验结合的方式,提出了一些控制方法,有效的解决了实际装载重量与设定值不符的问题,减小了称重误差,提高了装载精度。
论文首先对称重过程建模,并利用Matlab/simulink仿真工具在计算机上对该过程进行仿真,通过改进其控制方法用来保证其实际装载重量能够准确达到设定值,并对不同装载速度下闸门关闭所需的提前量进行了计算。
其次,设计和搭建了定量称重系统实验台。包括机械部分的设计,传感器信号放大电路版的制作,数据的采集和处理,PC机与下位机通信的实现,上位机监控软件的设计等,为后续的理论研究提供了实验平台。
最后,根据最小二乘法线性拟合理论和史密斯(Smith)预估补偿控制理论,提出了适合定量称重系统的控制方法,通过实验验证了控制方法的有效性。并改变实验台的机械结构,通过实验收集大量的数据,经过对数据的分析和研究,提出能减小定量称重系统装载误差的机械结构形式。
本课题通过建模仿真和实验研究提出了一系列减小定重装载误差的措施,大大的提高了定重装载系统的装载精度,为以后立井箕斗定量装载系统的设计提供了依据。

Research on load accuracy of skip weight-fixed loading system in vertical shaft, analysis the effect of large time-delay and remaining coal flow during the gate close process, and other destabilizing factors on the accuracy of load in loading system. By way of combining theory and experiment, proposed some control methods, solve the problem of actual load weight and the settings do not matched, reduce the weighting error and improve the accuracy of load.
Firstly, build up the model of weighing process, and using Matlab/simulink simulation tool simulate the process on computer. By improving the control method to ensure the accuracy of the actual load weight to the settings, calculated the strobe closing amount of advance in different loading speeds.
Secondly, design and construct the laboratory table of weight-fixed system. Including mechanical design, sensor signal amplifier circuit board production, data collection and processing, PC computer and the realization of lower machine communication, PC monitoring software design and so on. Provide experimental platform for following theory study.
Finally, based on the theory of linear extraction of least square method and Smith predictor control theory, put forward suitable control method for weight-fixed loading system, and verification of the control method by experiment. And then change the mechanical structure of laboratory table, collect large amounts of experimental data, and analysis and research this data, proposed suitable mechanical structure which can reduce the weighting error of weight-fixed loading system.
The subject proposed a series of measures to reduced the weighting error of weight-fixed loading system by simulation and experiment, greatly improves the weighting accuracy of weight-fixed loading system, provide the basis for the design of skip weight-fixed loading system in vertical shaft.
