摘 要 液压支架的液压系统从乳化液泵站到每台液压支架的各个执行液压缸形成一个多级并联供液和控制网络,该系统网络包括主供液系统以及支架的液压系。每个执行油缸的缸径、乳化液泵的流量、胶管的通径和长度、接头和控制阀的通径大小和规格都不相同,这些参数集中反映在回路的阻力上,最终影响支架的动作速度。如何根据支架动作速度要求合理地设计管路系统的配置,或针对现有的系统分析计算支架的流量特性和支架的动作速度,对当前推动的自动化、智能化综采工作面的高压乳化液供液系统和液压支架液压系统设计及分析有非常迫切的实际需求,也是本论文研究的内容。 论文以AMESim软件为平台搭建了全功能的液压支架液压系统模型,通过仿真计算进行液压系统的流量特性研究,对影响支架移架速度的立柱控制回路、推移千斤顶控制回路的流量特性规律、回路动态特性进行了分析。对液压系统的流量解算方法进行了数学模型的推导,包括系统的压力损失计算、系统在不同运行状态下液体回路的平衡条件、以及为了方便参数解算而对回路的简化处理,从而得出了支架液压系统运行时动作速度和系统参数之间的解算关系式。 以C++ Builder软件为平台,完成了液压支架液压系统参数解算软件的制作。软件中设计力求做到良好的参数输入、输出交互界面,为液压支架液压系统的设计和分析提供了一个可操作的有效工具。

ABSTRACT Hydraulic support's hydraulic system from the emulsion pump station to the hydraulic support each individual perform hydraulic cylinder to form a multi-level and installations, hydraulic and control network, the system network includes the main hydraulic system for hydraulic system and stents. Each execution of cylinder bore, emulsion pump flow, the size and length of hose, joint and control valve sizes and specifications are not the same size, these parameters are reflected in the resistance of the circuit, will ultimately affect the movement speed of the stents. How to design in accordance with the requirements of stents movement speed reasonable configuration of piping system, or the analysis and calculation of system at present stents flow characteristic and movement speed, the current push the automation and intelligence of fully mechanized working face of high pressure for liquid emulsion system and hydraulic system design and analysis of hydraulic support has a very pressing needs, is the content of this thesis research. This paper building a fully functional model of the hydraulic system of hydraulic support based on AMESim software platform, through a study on the flow characteristic of hydraulic system simulation calculation, to influence support moving velocity of the column control circuit, time jack control loop the flow characteristic of law, the dynamic characteristics are analyzed. On the flow calculating method of the hydraulic system mathematical model is derived, including the system pressure loss calculation, system under different running state liquid circuit equilibrium condition, and for the convenience of parameters calculating and simplify the processing of circuit, Thus obtained the support runtime movement speed hydraulic system and the calculation of relation between system parameters. In c + + Builder software as a platform, completed the hydraulic support's hydraulic system parameter calculating software. Software design makes every effort to do a good parameter input and output interface, provides a workable and effective tools for design and analysis of hydraulic system of hydraulic support.
