柔模泵注混凝土支护技术是一种崭新的实用支护技术。该技术首次将纤维柔性模板应用于地下工程支护领域,为人类开发地下空间及开采地下资源提供了一种新手段。柔模泵注混凝土支护是预先制作纤维柔性模板,纤维柔性模板通过短锚杆和钢筋网固定在巷道周边,用混凝土泵将大流动性免振捣自密实混凝土拌和物灌入柔性模板中,待混凝土硬化后,并在柔性模板外表面喷射混凝土,这样在巷道周边就形成一个锚碹联合支护结构。柔模泵注混凝土支护结构既继承了混凝土连续整体支护的刚性,又兼有锚杆支护的柔性及主动支护的优点,而且该结构还增加了锚杆对围岩与柔模碹之间的连接作用,使围岩、锚杆与柔模碹共同变形承载,承载能力更高,稳定性更好。该支护方法一次施工面积大,形成的混凝土整体性好、强度高,且机械化程度高,施工速度快,该技术在经济、生态环境及社会效益上都具有突出的优越性。 本文在结合组合拱原理、组合梁理论、厚壁筒理论、普氏理论及《公路隧道设计规范》的基础上,首次提出了柔模泵注混凝土支护结构计算模型。该模型主要受力结构为柔模碹、组合拱及锚杆。根据材料力学等知识推导出的岩碹组合梁的弯矩计算公式,从理论上证明了岩碹组合梁能够有效的降低柔模碹的弯矩。岩碹组合梁的弯矩在围岩压力一定的条件下,与组合拱的厚度、围岩的弹性模量及锚杆参数有关。本文论述了刚柔层支护的基本原理,从理论上计算出缓冲层压缩模量大小及缓冲层厚度与碹体受力的关系,还利用FLAC3D软件模拟计算了缓冲层对碹体的受力的影响,从中可以得出缓冲层对于减少碹体受力具有巨大作用。 本文提出了柔性模板、钢筋网、锚杆几何尺寸与布置及混凝土支护厚度的计算方法,简单实用,在柔模支护中被采用。按普氏理论计算在帮部稳定或不稳定条件下巷道跨度、侧压,而依《公路隧道设计规范》则计算顶部围岩压力;按厚则壁筒理论并结合隧道设计安全系数则可计算出拱部混凝土厚度,帮部支护厚度可以通过混凝土强度及稳定性验算来取值。本文论述了膨胀软岩和高应力软岩的特点,提出了锚碹缓冲层支护结构,并结合前人对于软岩围岩变形与压力理论计算,得出了锚碹缓冲层支护结构中碹体所受围岩压力的计算公式。 本文对红柳煤矿副斜井柔模泵注混凝土支护结构进行模拟计算验证,得出柔模支护结构强度及稳定性满足设计要求。并在结合红柳煤矿柔模支护的基础上总结了柔模支护施工工艺及质量控制。 理论计算、数值模拟及工程应用很好的证明了柔模支护原理。提出的设计方法简单实用,对以后的工程设计具有较强的指导意义。

Flexible formwork and pump-concreted support technology is a new useful support technology. This technology is the first time to use flexible formwork in the field of underground support,and it provides a new method for human to develop underground space and to mine underground resource. Flexible formwork and pump-concreted support in advance makes fiber flexible formworks,sencondly fixs fiber flexible formworks along the tunnel surrounding rock with bolts and steel meshes,thirdly pumps high flowing no-vibration self-compation concrete mixing meteria into flexible formwork,after concrete hardening, forthly shots concrete on the flexible formwork,forming a bolt-arch combined supporting structure. Flexible formwork and pump-concreted supporting structure inherits continuous intergral support’s rigidity,and has both flexible and active support’s advantages of bolt supporting, also this structure adds the connection with bolts between the surrounding rock and flexible formwork arch,making surrounding rock,bolts and flexible formwork arch deform together,resulting in a high loading capacity and greater stablity.This support method constructs a large area in a single time,forms good intergrity and high strength concrete,and has high machanization degree,constructs quickly.This technology has outstanding superiority on economy,ecological environment and social benefit. This paper first puts forward the calculating model of flexible formwork and pump-concreted support structure based on combined arch principle,combined beam theory, thick tube theory, pu’s theory the book of Code for Design of Road Tunnel.This model’s mian bearing structure is flexible formwork arch,combined arch and bolts. The formula of moment derived by material mechanics about combined beam with rock and arch,proves that the combined beam with rock an flexible formwork arch can decrease the moment of flexible formwork acrh effectively.The moment of combined beam with rock and flexible formwork arch is related to thickness of combined arch,elastic modulus of surrounding rock and the parameters of bolt on condition of the same surrounding rock pressure.This paper disscuses the principle of rigid and flexible layers support.and derives the relation of arch moment with buffer layer’s elastic modulus and thickness,also simulation calculates the effect of buffer layer to arch’s bearing load,leading to that the buffer layer impacts the arch’s bearing load greatly. This paper presents the calculating methods on flexible formwork,steel mesh,bolt’s geometry size and arrangement,the concrete thickness for support,which is simple and useful, having been adopted in flexible formwork support.Calcultes the span and side pressure of tunnel based on pu’s theory,and calculates the roof pressure based on Code For Design of Road Tunnel.;calculates the arch supporting thickness of concrete by combining thick tube theory and safety factor of road tunnel design,and the wall supporting thickness of concrete can be chosen by the strength of concrete and checking calculation for stability.This paper disscuses the properties of explansible soft rock and high stressed soft rock,puts the bolt-arch-buffer layer combined support structure,still combines predecessors’ calculation on soft surrounding rock’s displacements and pressure,abtians the surrounding rock pressure of arch of bolt-arch-buffer layer combined support structure. This paper simulation calculates the flexible formwork and pump-concreted support structure of hongliu mine vice inclined shaft,checking that its strength and stability meet design demand.In the end presents the costruction technology and quality control based on hongliu mine’s flexible fromwork and pump-concreted support. Theoreritical calculation,numerical simulation and engineering application provde the flexible formwork and pump-concreted support principle.The design method is simple and useful.It can give a strong guiding for the later engineering design.
