我国煤矿安全生产形势虽有好转,但依然严峻。大量研究资料表明96.5%以上煤矿事故是由人的不安全行为而导致的。在装备现代化之后,要想预防和减少煤矿事故的发生,根本途径是预防和控制矿工不安全行为的发生。本文采用现场调研、调查问卷、量表测量、实验测量、理论建模等多种研究方法,围绕矿工个体不安全行为测量和管控机理进行了全面、深入研究,研究成果有利于矿工个体不安全行为的测量辨识和控制,有利于提升煤矿安全管理水平。
论文主要从以下五个方面进行了研究并取得了相应的研究成果:(1)通过现场调研访谈、文献查阅、统计分析等方法,对矿工不安全行为发生规律及管控现状进行分析。从人员特征、月份趋势、风险等级、时段和种类5个方面,揭示了矿工不安全行为发生的规律性特征;从组织管理、管理者和员工层三个层面分析了矿工不安全行为管控存在的问题。(2)从心理和生理角度开展矿工不安全行为测量方法研究。在分析煤矿作业对矿工心理、生理素质要求的基础上,构建了矿工不全行为心理、生理测量指标体系。依据测量指标体系开发了心理测量量表,设计了生理实验方法和流程,最终确定矿工不安全行为测量方案,包括8个心理测量量表和6个生理测量实验。(3)结合煤矿实际情况,将矿工不安全行为测量评价等级划分为优秀、正常、不良三个等级;基于统计经验法则和总分值频率曲线图方法,提出了矿工不安全行为测量等级区间划分界线值确定方法,并运用德尔菲法验证了方法的合理性;以大样本测量数据为基础,得出各测量指标量化评价标准。(4)从个体管控和组织管控两个层面,提取了29个矿工不安全行为管控策略,包含7个个体管控策略,22个组织管控策略。通过编制调查问卷,运用SPSS19.0软件进行探索性因子分析,从29个管控策略中提取出7个关键因子,建立了矿工不安全行为管控策略集。(5)初步构建了矿工不安全行为管控结构方程模型,运用AMOS7.0软件对模型进行拟合、修正,得出最终结构方程模型。对模型进行分析、解释发现,矿工不安全行为管控的七个维度,按其影响程度由大到小依次为:监督检查>奖励处罚>自我提升>生理干预>自我控制>教育培训>心理干预。
本文的研究揭示了矿工不安全行为的发生规律,从生理、心理的角度构建了矿工不安全行为测量指标体系,确定了矿工不安全行为量化评价标准;提出了矿工不安全行为管控策略集,实证分析了矿工不安全行为管控策略的相互影响及其作用路径,对丰富矿工不安全行为的控制方法和理论体系,有效预防和减少煤矿人因事故发生具有一定理论意义和实践意义。

Nowadays, although China’s coal mine production safety has been improved, it is still severe. A large number of research data shows that more than 96.5% of the coal mine accidents are caused by human unsafe behavior. Thus, after equipments has been modernized, the fundamental way to prevent and reduce the occurrence of coal mine accidents is to prevent and control miners' unsafe behavior. In this thesis, the comprehensive and in-depth research around miners' unsafe behavior individual measurement and control mechanism has been carried by using field investigation, questionnaire, scale, experimental measurement and theoretical modeling, and other research methods. The study result is conducive to identify and control miner’s unsafe behavior,, and improving coal mine safety management level.
The thesis mainly studied and obtained the corresponding research results from the following five aspects: (1) The miners' unsafe behavior occurrence regularity and control current situation were analyzed and researched by using site investigation interview, literature review, statistical analysis etc. The characteristics and laws of miners' unsafe behavior were revealed through analyzing from 5 aspects: personnel characteristics, the month trends, risk level, time features and multi feature. The miners' unsafe behavior control problems were systematically analyzed from 3 parts: organizational management, managers and employees. (2) From the perspective of psychological and physiological, the miners' unsafe behavior measurement method research has been carried out. The miners' unsafe behavior psychological and physiological measurement index system has been built based on comprehensive analysis of coal mine operation for miners' psychological and physiological requirements. Based on the index system above, this thesis developed a psychological measurement scale, designed the physiological experiment methods and processes, and finally determined the miners' unsafe behavior measurement scheme including 8 psychological measurement scale and 6 physiological measurement experiment. (3) In combination with the practical situation of coal mine, the miners' unsafe behavior measurement evaluation grades are divided into good, normal, bad at three levels. Based on the statistical rule of thumb and total value of frequency curve method, thesis put forward a method for determining the miners' unsafe behavior measurement level interval boundaries and used Delphi method to verify the rationality of the method. Finally it is concluded that the measurement index quantitative evaluation standard on the basis of large sample measurement data. (4) Based on this study summarized and literature research, from individual control and organization control thesis extracted the 29 miners' unsafe behavior control strategy including seven individual control strategy and 22 group control strategy, this thesis extracted two ways. Through questionnaires, using SPSS19.0 software for exploratory factor analysis, thesis extracted seven key factors from 29 control strategy, and established the miners' unsafe behavior control policy set. (5) Thesis preliminarily constructed the miners' unsafe behavior control structural equation model, using AMOS7.0 software for model fitting, correction, then it was concluded that the final structural equation model. For analysis and interpretation of the model, it found that the miners' unsafe behavior control seven dimensionality. According to its influence degree from big to small, they are as follows: supervision and inspection, reward punishment, self-improvement, physical intervention, self control, education training and psychological intervention.
This thesis revealed the occurrence regularity of miners’ unsafe behavior, constructed the miners’ unsafe behavior measurement index system from physiology and psychology view, and determined the quantitative evaluation standard of miners’ unsafe behavior. Meanwhile it established the miners’ unsafe behavior management-control strategies set, empirical analyzed the mutual influence among the management-control strategies and its role path. The study enriched the theoretical system of unsafe behavior study and has great significance both in theory and in practice for which can effectively prevent and reduce coal mine accidents.
