利用PC机、单片机结合自动控制技术设计一套控制系统,对3PSD130-1型燃油喷射系统实验台进行技术改造,实现了主轴转速预置、测速和调速等多种功能,完成了喷油次数预置、计数与计满后自动停止以及各种相关参数的显示,从而将传统的燃油喷射系统实验台改造成为计算机控制的智能型燃油喷射系统实验台。 系统采用模块化设计,以AT89C52单片机为核心,分为喷油计数、主轴转速和上下位机通信三大模块。每个模块又分为硬件设计和软件设计。 系统硬件在AT89C52单片机最小化应用系统基础上外接A/D转换器、D/A转换器、8155并行I/O芯片以及检测传感器、功率驱动电器接口、执行机构等构成一个控制系统。 系统软件采用Visural Basic 6.0和MCS-51汇编语言进行编程。整个程序由主程序、喷油计数模块、主轴转速模块及上下位机通信模块组成。 改造后的燃油喷射系统实验台可以自动控制喷油计数、主轴转速,提高了可靠性,减小了维护和修理的工作量。

This design is rebuilding its electrical control part, designing an automatic control system with the help of automatic control technology, PC and singlechip. With the rebuilt 3PSD130-1 the fuel injection system test device, the rotation speed of drive shaft may be preset, measured, adjusted. The fuel injection time may be preset. Counting process may be stoped automatically at the end of measuring fuel volume and displayed. So, classic the fuel injection system test device will become computer-controlled intelligent fuel injection system test device. Module design method is adopted in the system. AT89C52 singlechip is the core of this system. It includes three module parts: the fuel injection count module, the drive shaft rotation speed module and communication between single chip micro-computer and PC. The three modules also include the hardware and soft design. The system is composed of singlechip, signal monitor electrical interfaces and executive mechanism on the basis of the AT89C52 singlechip minimum applying system, including 8155,A/Dconverter, D/Aconverter, sensor detector, power drive interface. The software system is designed in the method of modular design idea, the programs are written with Visual Basic 6.0 and MCS-51 assembly language. The whole programs are composed of the main program, the fuel injection count module, the drive shaft rotation speed module and communication module between PC and single micro-chip computer. The fuel injection system test device can control the fuel injection count and the drive shaft rotation speed automatically, and the results can be displayed digitally. It improves work reliability. It is convenient for use, maintenance and repairment.
