采煤机制动器安装在采煤机牵引电机轴的端面上,是用来减速或停止采煤机行走的制动设备,其性能的好坏直接影响采煤机工作的安全性和可靠性。由于目前缺少对采煤机制动器性能的检测设备,因此研制采煤机液压盘式制动器试验台具有非常重要的工程意义。
本论文结合采煤机制动器的特点,研制了采煤机液压盘式制动器试验台。本课题研究的主要内容包括以下三个方面:(1)应用有限元软件ANSYS10.0对制动过程中采煤机制动器前端面和摩擦副的温升进行了数值模拟分析,为温度传感器的布置和温度的检测提供了理论依据;通过对试验台惯性负载大小的确定、惯量模拟方式的选择,设计了惯性飞轮系统,并在此基础上,确定了驱动电机的功率,设计了制动器检测箱、磨损量检测机构和主轴等机械装置,完成了试验台机械部分的设计。(2)对试验台测控部分进行了硬件和软件的设计,实现了电机调速、数据采集、数据存储、串口通信等功能。在硬件设计方面,该系统选用了8051F005单片机作为控制核心,并设计了相关电路;软件设计方面主要包括单片机程序设计和上位机程序设计。其中,上位机采用虚拟仪器软件Lab windows/CVI进行编程,设计了试验台测控系统的人机交互界面。(3)参考《国标QC/T479-1999货车、客车制动器台架试验方法》对制动器进行试验,测出了采煤机制动器制动时的力矩、转速以及摩擦片的温度和磨损量,完成了采煤机制动器性能的检验与测试,为采煤机液压盘式制动器产品质量、使用安全、可靠性提供了保证。

Shear’s disc brake is located at the axle end face of electrical shearer, it is used to decelerate or stop the moving apparatus of the shears, and its performance affects the safety and reliability of the shears directly. Currently, there is few testing equipment for shear’s hydraulic disc brake. Therefore, research on the test bench of shear’s hydraulic disc brake has very important engineering value.
According to the character of the brake, this paper researches on the test bench of hydraulic disc brake of the coal mining machine. The main research includes several following aspects:
The system adopts finite element analytical software ANSYS10.0 to deal with numerical simulation of temperature field in the front structure and the friction coupling of shear’s hydraulic disc brake. This can provide theoretical basis for installation position of temperature sensors and temperature measurement. The system of flywheel is designed by means of deciding inertia load and choosing the simulation mode of inertia. Based on this, the power of driving motor is decided and the mechanical devices such as testing cabinet of the brake, wear detection mechanism and axis are designed. By doing this, the mechanical system of the test bench is finished.
After having finished the design of hardware and software in the detecting and controlling system, several functions such as the speed adjustment, data storing, data saving and communication between single-chip microcomputer and PC are carried out. With respect to the hardware, the system adopts single-chip microcomputer 8051F005 as its core control and related circuits are designed. The design of software mainly includes single-chip microcomputer and higher computer. The interactive interface of the detecting and controlling system has been designed by programming in the Virtual instrument Lab windows/CVI.
According to GB, torque, rotational speed, temperature and wear have been measured via experiment and the property of brake of the coal mining machine has been verified. So it offers safety, product quality and reliability assurance for the shear’s hydraulic disc brake.
