论文针对公司生产的重型采煤机牵引箱体的质量不稳定的情况进行研究, 跟踪整理加工存在的问题, 发现牵引箱体由于结构及加工工艺局部存在不合理情况, 导致在加工中经常出现返修,成本浪费,以及加工质量也不能确切保证。在实际采煤过程中,箱体的磨损也较为严重,因此,对采煤机牵引箱体的结构、材质和加工工艺进行改进,对于提高牵引箱体机械性能、生产效率、降低生产成本、减少重复劳动、保证产品质量具有重要的意义。 本文重点研究了重型采煤机牵引箱体结构和加工工艺存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决方法。针对采煤机牵引箱体结构问题,把牵引箱体由箱体主体、顶板和侧板铸焊结构改为整体铸造结构,箱体毛坯可一次铸造成型,使得设计、加工工艺、生产均趋于更加合理。 根据牵引箱体改进后的整体结构提出了相应的改进工艺路线和加工工艺改进方法,工艺改进后,减少了加工工序,提高了箱体的加工精度和效率。针对牵引箱体滑道加工问题,提出了箱体整体铸出后利用合适的铣头来彻底解决滑道的加工的方法, 并设计了一种适合滑道加工的动力铣头,提高了滑道加工效率,保证了其加工精度。从理论上对牵引箱体与轴承座互换进行了可行性分析, 并通过加工实验验证了牵引箱体与轴 承座的互换性完全可以实现。 根据在市场中出现的问题及与进口采煤机材质、 性能对比,对材质进行改进,从而提高重型牵引箱体的机械性能。 重型采煤机牵引箱体结构及工艺进行了改进后, 通过理论及实践, 结果表明本文提出的改进方法不仅可以提高牵引箱体的加工效率和精度, 而且可以大大降低箱体的加工成本。此次改进不但使得重型采煤机的整体设计更趋于合理,产品性能得到提高,也为局部在井下的维护更为便利, 更为公司重型采煤机在市场上创造更大的市场竞争力增加了一个有力的条件。

At present, the problems in processing of shearer ’s haulage unit casing from theCompany have become increasely prominent. The reworking during the processing has affected the company’ s rapid growth. Therefore, the improvement in casing structure and processing technology has a vast importance to increasing productivity, reducing production cost, avoiding wasteful duplication of effort and guaranteeing product quality as well. This paper mainly does researches on the existing problems in shearer ’s haulage unit casing structure and processing technology, and providing corresponding solutions. Aiming for issues in sliding way processing, this paper propose that after an integral casting of casing,the proper milling head should be used to thoroughly solve these problems. This paper also illustrates a new-designed milling power head, which suit for minimum production and sliding way processing. The SX50 extended milling head installed in TK6516 numerical control boring-milling machine is selected and used to increase sliding way processing productivity and precision. Aiming for issues in casing structure, the paper suggests that an integral structure design should replace original assembly welded structure consisting of main body, roof plate and side plate. The new design adopts once-cast forming on rough casing,which enables its design, processing and production procedure more rational. In addition, this paper points out the related improved processing routings and methods, and performs a feasibility analysis on interchange between haulage unit case and bearing seat, and the testing results validates that this interchange could be realized. After conducting the improvement on haulage unit casing structure and processing technology, the processing testing indicates that the improvement method provided in this paper can not only help enhance the casing processing productivity and machining accuracy, but also reduce processing costs greatly. This improvement has great significance to shearer development for the Company, in addition, it enables the shearer ’ s overall design becoming more reasonable, helps the Company win the reputation in the market and create a strong market competitiveness .
