传统的输电线路选线一般使用地形图,其简单的几何图形加注记的形式不能真实的反映输电线路沿线的地形地貌。利用遥感技术、数字摄影测量技术可以快速获取选线区域的数字高程模型和影像数据。 本文以牡(丹)-郑(州)500kV输电线路工程为例,综合应用遥感技术、地理信息技术、图像数字处理技术及三维可视化技术,通过遥感图像的多波段融合、图像增强处理、高精度DEM生成和影像复合等工序,按照一定的比例尺和飞行路线生成研究区的虚拟三维影像动画。为设计人员从宏观把握输电线路的概况提供了最直接的资料,同时为决策者提供了很好的工程评价平台。本文主要研究内容及成果包括以下几方面: (1)遥感图像数字处理。将分辨率较低的多光谱的TM影像与高分辨率的的SPOT影像进行了波段选择、几何校正、变换与增强、图像融合等处理,生成具有更多空间细节、光谱细节和高分辨率的彩色图像。制作完成了输电线路地区的高精度遥感影像地图。 (2)构建数字高程模型。对线路所经地区的1:5万地形图利用CASS软件进行矢量化,构建DEM模型,并对数字高程模型进行精度评价。 (3)遥感图像三维可视化实现。以DEM为基础,然在DEM上覆盖遥感图像、地理要素、杆塔模型和文字符号标注等多种数据,生成三维地形景观图。最后,按照一定比例尺和飞行路线对输电线路进行三维漫游。本文重点研究了如何在大范围DEM上实现无缝漫游。 (4)遥感图像三维可视化应用。总结了遥感图像在输电线路路径优化、变电站选址、沿线地质条件解译等方面的应用。

The traditional power transmission line selection uses a relief map, whose simple geometric figure and remarks not reflect truly the earth's surface along the line, remote sensing and digital photogrammetry can rapidly gain DEM and images in choosing line area. RS,GIS,digital image processing techniques and 3D virtual reality are applied synthetically and generate a 3D visualizing dynamical image according to certain scale and fight routes by bands combination, geometric correction, and so on. It provides engineers with direct date to grasps a transmission line from macroscopic view, and provides a good appraising platform for decision-makers.The thesis focuses on the following items: (1)RS images digital processing. Through the low-frequency TM image and The high-frequency SPOT image processing(include bands combination, geometric correction, and so on),the author made high accuracy remote sensing images. (2)Construction of DEM. The paper made use of CASS to vector 1:50000 scale relief map along transmission line and construct the high quality DEM. And the paper evaluated DEM accuracy. (3)Production of the 3D Visualization of RS Images. RS image, geographical elements, telegraph poles and label are lied over DEM and generate a 3D terrain image. At last, a 3D wandering image is produced according to certain scale and fight routes. Continuous wandering in large scope is studied mostly. (4)Application of the 3D Visualization of RS Images. The paper discusses and summarize the function and means of the 3D visualization of RS images technique in transmission line optimizing , transformer substation location and interpretation for engineering geology.
