接链环是煤矿机械刮板链中连接链条的连接零件,由于接链环疲劳次数远低于圆环链疲劳次数,造成刮板链断链,严重影响煤矿生产。本文以刮板链中的接链环为研究对象,通过分析刮板输送机对接链环的要求以及接链环的工况和失效形式,在分析现有接链环类型和结构特点的基础上,对接链环结构进行重新设计,并制定了接链环的加工工艺路线,对工艺路线中的关键工艺技术进行研究,对接链环的性能进行了测试。新设计的接链环不仅疲劳次数能够达到国家行业标准要求,而且工艺路线短,成本低。课题具体研究内容有:
通过分析刮板输送机对接链环的要求以及接链环的工况和失效形式,在分析现有接链环类型和结构特点的基础上,设计新型接链环的结构,对新型接链环进行强度设计和有限元分析。
根据接链环的图样、技术要求、结构工艺性以及材料毛坯条件,选择了接链环的定位基准、加工表面加工路线、热处理工艺路线,最后拟定了新型接链环的工艺路线。
对新型接链环关键工艺技术进行研究,主要包括齿形线切割加工技术、接链环热处理技术和接链环预拉伸技术。其中齿形线切割加工技术,不仅研究了齿形线切割加工工艺,而且编写了线切割加工程序。对接链环热处理技术,包括热处理工艺、热处理设备和热处理过程进行了详细研究。
对新型接链环的性能进行了测试,根据测试项目,设计了测试方案,对设计数据进行分析,试验表明,新型接链环疲劳次数与破断载荷比现有接链环有了显著提高,已经接近世界先进水平。
