为了满足下部大空间、上部小空间结构的需求,一种带有梁式转换层的新型结构应运而生。此种换层结构的受力性能复杂,对建筑的安全起决定性作用。所以,对转换梁受力性能的研究有重要的工程应用价值。
本文以陕西省安康市某工程实例为依托,综合运用SATWE和ANSYS有限元软件建立不同理论模型,分析该模型的动力特性、地震响应、弹性时程特征及竖向静力荷载作用下的受力性能;分析了不同设防烈度、不同地震波下该结构的基底剪力、位移及层间位移角等的变化规律;分析上部布置不同形式剪力墙的转换梁对应的动力特性、地震响应及该结构在竖向静力荷载作用下的受力性能;分析偏心墙对转换梁受力性能的影响;分析转换梁在混凝土强度等级和截面面积改变的两种情况下对其自身受力性能的影响。
分析表明该结构在设防烈度为6度区时,不同地震波下弹性时程分析的各项指标结果均小于模态分析及振型分解反应谱法的结果,在设防烈度为7度和8度区时,基底剪力均不满足结构设计要求,必须重新进行结构抗震设计,且需要使用弹性时程法进行多遇地震下的补充计算,与《建筑抗震设计规范》中所规定的相关内容相符。当改变转换梁上部剪力墙的形式时,得出梁与上部墙体之间存在拱效应,剪力墙沿梁满跨布置时,虽然某一方向刚度贡献大,但刚度越大地震作用下水平力也越大,且转换梁的轴向力也变大。因此,从安全、适用、经济角度考虑,实际工程中可以采取上部剪力墙开洞,但洞口不宜过大,且墙体应尽量沿梁跨度方向对称布置。当上部剪力墙沿梁中心线偏心布置时,对墙体的内力影响比较大,导致转换梁在水平方向上产生明显变形,不利于结构安全。转换梁自身的混凝土强度等级及截面面积的改变,对其本身的受力性能影响不大。
本文对一梁式转换层结构的受力性能进行了较深入地研究,所取得的成果对工程实际应用提供了理论依据和参考价值。

In order to meet the demand of structure which is large space in lower parts and small space in upper parts, a new type with a beam transformation layer structure arise at the historic moment.The stress performance of such conversion layer structure is complex and it is crucial for the safety ,which has important engineering application value on mechanical performance research of transfer beam.
This paper based on a project example of Shanxi Ankang, using the finite element software SATWE and ANSYS to establish different theoretical models, analysis of dynamic characteristics and seismic response of the model and elastic time history characteristics and the mechanical properties under the vertical static load; Analyzed the different under different seismic fortification intensity, the structure of the base shear and displacement and its changing law of the inter-layer displacement angle and so on; Analysis of upper arrangement of different forms of shear wall transfer beam corresponding dynamic characteristics and seismic response and the structure of the mechanical properties under the vertical static load; Analysis of the eccentric wall effect on the performance of transfer beam stress; Analysis of influence on its mechanical properties of transfer beam under two cases of changing of the concrete strength grade and cross-section area.
Analysis result show that the when fortification intensity of the structure is 6 degrees, the results of indicators of the elastic time history analysis under different seismic wave are less than the modal analysis and the result of the vibration mode decomposition response spectrum method;when the fortification intensity is 7 degree and 8 degree, base shear did not meet the requirements of structural design,which must be in structural seismic design again and need to use the elastic time history method to calculate completely under severe earthquake , and the code for seismic design of buildings in the relevant contents stipulated in the match. When changing the form of the shear wall upper transfer beam, arch effect exist between the beam and upper wall. Along the beam shear wall is with the arrangement, although one direction stiffness contribution is large, but the greater the stiffness of the earthquake under the action of horizontal force is, the bigger the and axial force of the transfer beam is. Therefore, in terms of safety, applicable, economic, practical engineering can open hole in the upper shear wall, but the mouth of the cave should not be too large, and the wall should be symmetrically arranged along the beam span direction. When the upper shear wall along the beam axis eccentric layout, there will be more influence on the internal forces of the wall,which lead to obvious deformation of transfer beam in a horizontal direction and is not conducive to structure safety. Transfer beam's own concrete strength grade and the change of cross section area has a little influence on the mechanical properties of its own.
This paper mainly research on mechanical properties of a beam transformation layer structure.The results obtained in engineering provides the theoretical basis and reference value in practical application.
