仓储安防是仓库管理系统的重要组成部分,传统的仓库安防系统通过人工读表进行温度、湿度的记录和查看,对人力的使用较多,成本较高,并且由于人工判断不准确,使得仓库存留大量的安全隐患,因此智能仓储安防系统的研究具有重要的实用价值。 论文设计了一种基于嵌入式Linux系统的仓库安防终端,仓库安防终端采用模块化的方案,根据功能需求以及指标需求,实现仓库环境信息的实时监测、监控、信息分析和储存、以及远程报警等功能。 在硬件方面,根据功能需求,分别对数据采集端、主处理器模块、Zigbee接收模块以及外围接口电路等进行了详细的设计;软件实现方面,在ARM平台上,移植嵌入式Linux操作系统,设计并开发了仓库控制器的软件,首先对软件平台进行搭建,其次开发了Zigbee模块、数据库模块、数据处理模块、设备控制模块、视频采集模块、GPRS模块的驱动程序,并结合硬件系统,形成了完整的仓库安防终端。 测试结果表明,该仓库安防终端实现了对仓库温湿度及光照等实时数据的采集、传输和分析,并实现了对仓库的视频监控和异常情况报警等功能,解决了传统仓库安防的功能单一、耗费人工等问题,具有一定的社会经济价值。

As people’s living standards constantly going up in recent years, warehouse security & protection has played an increasingly important role in the warehouse management system. The traditional warehouse security & protection system mainly includes two aspects: One is the use of monitoring equipment; the other is temperature and humidity recording and checking through meter reading manually. Too much use of manpower brings a certain waste of resources, and the inaccuracy of manual judgments will leave warehouses a mass of hidden security dangers. However, with the improvement of living needs and development of related technologies, the warehouse security & protection system’s front-end integration, function integration, intelligent alarm and other features will be significantly popularized, thus to solve the limitations of the traditional warehouse security & protection system. In view of the above-mentioned problems, this paper puts forward a warehouse security & protection terminal based on the embedded Linux system and selects S5PC100 as the hardware development platform. On the hardware side, the data acquisition module, processor module, Zigbee receiving module, 3G network module, and other modules are set up; on the software side, by virtue of establishment and transplant of software design environment and software design of the Zigbee module, database module, data processing module, equipment control module and camera module, and in combination with the hardware system, a complete warehouse security & protection system is formed. After the repeated experiments and demonstrations, acquisition, transmission and analysis of the warehouse real-time data and the alarm function for abnormalities are realized. This design solves the problems of traditional warehouse security & protection like single function, manpower consumption, etc. Based on the embedded technology, integrating security & protection and monitoring functions into one, at low cost, with stable functions and convenient for replacing the design of the traditional warehouse security & protection system, this design has a certain social and economic value.
