冲击矿压是矿山开采中发生的煤岩动力现象之一。华亭煤矿2501采区综放煤柱区冲击矿压显现频繁且剧烈,严重影响了2501采区工作面的安全生产,因此,研究华亭煤矿综放煤柱区冲击矿压规律及其防治显得极为迫切,对保证安全生产具有重大意义。
通过实验室煤岩冲击倾向性试验并运用综合指数法确定了华亭煤矿2501采区250102工作面的煤岩冲击倾向特性,煤层具有弱偏强冲击倾向性,软化煤具有弱冲击倾向性;2501采区250102工作面具有强冲击危险性,受20m 煤柱的影响,运输顺槽冲击矿压危险指数高于回风顺槽,属于强冲击危险。研究认为影响250102工作面发生冲击矿压的主要因素为褶曲构造、煤层冲击倾向性、坚硬顶板、20m煤柱等。针对2501采区的冲击危险倾向性分析,划分了250102工作面回采过程中的危险区段。从开采技术方面入手,进行了工作面长度、煤柱合理留设宽度和工作面接替顺序等回采防冲设计。建立了华亭煤矿2501采区冲击矿压危险监测技术体系和冲击矿压危险控制技术体系。综合运用电磁辐射法、钻屑法和微震法对冲击矿压危险性进行了监测、预测预报和解危效果检验,采用巷帮煤体卸压爆破,注水和顶板深孔爆破等措施解除或减弱了冲击矿压危险性,保证了安全生产。

The rock burst is one of the dynamic catastrophe phenomena in the coal mining. In the pillar region of fully mechanized caving and mining face of 2501 mining section of Hua-ting coal mine, this phenomena is more frequent and violent causing the dangerous situation in the 2501 mining section. Therefore, it is great urgent to study the laws of rock burst and prevention measures of pillar region ,and that will make a great significance for the safety of coal mine.
First, the coal and rock burst potential of 250102 working face in Hua-ting coal mine are determined by comprehensive index method in laboratory in this dissertation.The experiment results showed that the coal seam has 3nd level of burst potential, and weak burst potential after waterish and 250102 working face of 2501 mining section has strong burst potential, and the index of burst potential of is bigger than the air return gate because of the 20m width pillar. The main factors of influencing the rock burst hazard of 25102 working face are folding structure, burst tendency of coal seam, hard main roof and 20m width pillar and so on. According to the analysis of 2501 mining section, the dangerous areas are defined during the mining process of 250102 working face, and some advices on prevention design, length of working face, width of pillar and mining sequence were given. The rock burst monitoring and controlling system of 2501 mining section were constructed. The electro magnetic emission (EME), drilling bits and seismological method were alternately and synthetically used to inspect and forecast the burst danger. The pressure release blasting in ribs, deep-hole blasting and water infusion in roof and coal seam methods were used to reduce the rock burst danger, and the safety of 250102 working face has been basically ensured.
