关于职业道德的论述，在我国社会历史发展的早期，就有了专门的阐述。职业道德直接关系学生以后在工作岗位上的表现，可以帮助提高整个社会群体的职业道德认识，利于调节整个社会职业活动中的矛盾，让社会关系更加融洽，利于进一步保障人民利益，推动社会主义建设。因此，大学生职业道德教育是大学德育甚至整个教育中的重要组成部分。然而长期以来，教育界对大学职业道德教育尚未引起足够的重视，几乎是高校教育领域内的“真空地带”。 本文正是在这样一种背景下，对我国高校职业道德教育的现状、问题与对策进行了研究，全文共分七大部分： 第一部分详细的阐述了本文的选题背景、研究意义以及国内外关于职业道德教育的研究概况及发展趋势。在国外，诸如美国、日本、德国职业道德教育已经取得了很好的效果。在这种经济文化的影响下，在我国，关于职业道德教育也展开了多方面的研究，取得了一定的进步。 第二部分阐述了职业道德的内涵、特点、产生发展等内容，并且从道德的角度出发阐述职业道德是从业人员自身的一种精神追求，内化为一种自觉的行为，而不是强加给他们的一种规则。 第三部分对社会主义职业道德建设的基本原则和基本规范做了详尽的阐述。 第四部分是关于我国高校职业道德教育的现状及问题的论述。我国高校教育中普遍存在着重智育轻德育的现象，职业道德教育观念落后，课程设置体系不够完善，师资力量得不到保证等问题。 针对第四部分提出的问题，在本文的第五、六部分详细阐述了职业道德教育的必要性、加强职业道德教育的途径及对策以及在实施职业道德教育时应把握的原则。 在社会进入信息社会、知识经济时代，大学生是社会政治、经济、文化发展的主力军，他们具备什么样的职业道德水平，关系到两个文明建设和中华民族的伟大复兴，因此，对大学生开展职业道德教育对他们自身素质的提高具有重要意义，对我国社会的发展也将产生深远的影响。

Discussions on work ethics can be traced to the earlier stages in the history of China. It is directly concerned with the graduates’ performance, contributing to enhancing its proper understanding among social members, helping to adjust the relations among various social activities, harmonizing all kinds of social relations, ensuring the people’s interests and promoting the socialist construction. Accordingly, the education of work ethics among university students is an essential part of their college education, and even their education in life. For many years, however, it has not been given the due attention by the education community, remaining almost an untouched sector in high institutions. This thesis deals with the work ethics education in universities about its present situation, problems and the relevant solutions. This paper is organized into seven chapters. The first one is about the background and significance of the research in this field. In the second chapter, the work ethics education in China and other countries is presented. The third chapter focuses on the work ethics about its connotations, features, appearance, development and norms and principles. It is stated that work ethics are not to be imposed on the employees, but to be pursued and internalized as honorable restraints on them. Then, the current situation and problems are discussed in the forth chapter, revealing the unreasonable disciplinary configuration, stereotyped teaching methodology and inadequacy of teachers, etc. The following three chapters concentrate on the necessity, the approaches and the principles of employing work ethics education in high institutions in China. In the modern society, college graduates will play an increasingly important role in all areas of social life. Therefore, their standard of work ethics is crucial not only to their career development, but also to the prosperity of our country.
