改革开放以来,中国人民的生活水平日益的提高,居民饮食结构也有了显著的改善。与此同时,药品这种特殊商品,在我国也得到了迅猛的发展,主要表现为医药行业GDP增长始终高于全国GDP的增长。随着我国经济的不断发展,人们对健康和医疗服务方面的要求也越来越高,这给生产医药的商家和销售医药的企业们带来了前所未有的机遇与挑战。而且,在2012年11月十八大期间,国务院明确指出深化医疗卫生体制改革,提高医疗卫生公共服务水平,推动经济社会科学发展,保障和改善民生的重要内容。
本文以市场营销的管理为主要研究方向,以杜密克的实际经营为研究背景,在相关理论基础的指导下,首先对杜密克在山东市场的营销现状进行分析;其次针对杜密克在山东市场营销中存在的问题进行研究;然后在对山东杜密克的营销战略进行SWOT分析的基础上,提出了杜密克山东市场营销目标和营销策略,并通过对杜密克在山东的市场进行细分,重新定位杜密克的目标市场,制定出杜密克在产品改进和品牌推广方式、价格制定、促销等方面的市场营销组合策略;最后是针对杜密克营销策略方案提出可行性指导,主要包括产品的改善、销售队伍管理、企业文化、人员促销等方面提出一些具体的建议。
通过对苏威杜密克在山东市场的研究,本文得出结论:在市场经济的不断变化发展的今天,企业要想在竞争中处于立足之地,就应随着市场的发展变化不断地调整自己,使自己更加强大,以获取最大的利润。企业必须具有敢于不断探索、创新的勇气,才能在激烈的竞争中掌握主动。这对杜密克在山东市场的营销工作具有十分现实的指导意义。

The chapter takes marketing management as the main research direction, to the actual operation of Dumick as the research background, the theory under the guidance of Dumick, first of all the marketing situation in Shandong market were analyzed; secondly, the existence of market in Shandong marketing Dumick studies the question; then SWOT analysis in Shandong Dumick's marketing strategy, proposed the Dumick Shandong marketing goals and marketing strategy, and through the subdivision of the Dumick in the Shandong market, locating Dumick's target market, formulate Dumick in product development and brand promotion, pricing, promotion and other aspects of the marketing mix strategy; finally is the Dumick marketing strategy feasibility of the proposed guidance scheme, including product improvement, sales team management, enterprise culture, personnel promotion and put forward some concrete suggestions.
