在改革开放、经济全球化、信息化的时代背景下，科学技术的快速发展使得手机迅速普及。手机凭借其便携性、互动性、私密性等特点深受大学生喜爱，大学生已成为手机媒体的主要使用群体之一。手机媒体已成为大学生学习、生活中不可或缺的一部分。手机媒体为大学生带来便利的同时，也带来了不容忽视的负面影响。如：享乐主义蔓延、对价值观的冲击、认知能力的下降等问题。2015年1月，中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发《关于进一步加强和改进新形势下高校宣传思想工作的意见》指出：要加强高校思想宣传的管理，加强高校校园网络管理，加强高校信息系统建设，健全课堂教学管理体系。因此，研究手机媒体对大学生成长的影响具有重要意义。 本文主要通过文献法、理论联系实际法和抽样问卷调查法展开分析研究。采用文献法收集国内外专家学者在本领域的研究成果、专著、文献，并对收集的资料进行研究、对比和筛选，从而总结归纳出当前手机媒体对大学生成长影响的现状及发展趋势。采用抽样问卷调查法对西安科技大学、长安大学、西安交通大学、西北工业大学、西安建筑科技大学、西安邮电大学、西安财经学院七所高校700名学生进行问卷调查、统计和分析，并借鉴相关学者的已有研究成果基础上，调查显示手机媒体对大学成长的影响有正负两方面：一方面手机媒体对大学生思想、学习、身心产生正面影响；另一方面手机媒体对大学生也产生的负面影响主要有：（1）手机媒体对大学生主流价值观的负面影响；（2）手机媒体对大学生学习的负面影响；（3）手机媒体对大学生生活方式的负面影响；（4）手机媒体对大学生身心健康的负面影响；（5）手机媒体对大学生人际交往能力的负面影响。针对以上问题分析其影响因素包括：社会的原因、高校层面的原因、大学生自身层面的原因。本文在分析大学生使用手机媒体现状并结合我国国情的基础上提出手机媒体对大学生成长负面影响的教育对策：（1）完善和强化手机媒体的相关法律法规；（2）引导大学生正确使用手机媒体；（3）依托手机媒体拓宽高校思想政治教育工作途径；（4）搭建高校手机媒体教育新平台；（5）加强培养大学生的自律能力。

Therefore, the impact on students' growth of mobile media research has important significance. In this paper, through literature, to analyze theory and practice methods and sampling questionnaire. Using the collection of literature experts and scholars in this field of research, monographs,documents,and information collected to study comparative and screening, which summarized the current situation and development trend of mobile media influence on students' growth.The use of sampling questionnaires Xi'an University of Science, Chang'an University, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Xi'an Technological University, Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, Xi'an University of Posts and Telecommunications, Xi'an Institute of Finance 700 students from seven universities questionnaires, statistics and analysis, and draw on relevant has been the basis of academic research on the impact of mobile media survey shows mobile media have both positive and negative effects on the growth of the university: (1) the negative impact of mobile media mainstream values of college students; (2) the negative impact on students from mobile media;(3) the negative impact of mobile media lifestyle of college students; (4) the negative impact of mobile media on College Students' Physical and Mental Health; (5) the negative impact of mobile media on interpersonal skills of college students. To solve these problems analyzed factors include: social reasons, university-level causes the level of the reasons students themselves. This paper analyzes the status quo of mobile media use among college students and the negative impact of mobile media conjunction with the presentation of the students' growth on the basis of our country's education responses: (1) improve and strengthen the relevant laws and regulations of mobile media; (2) to guide students the proper use of mobile media; (3) based on mobile media to broaden the ideological and political education pathways; (4) and to build a new platform for Universities mobile media education; (5) strengthen Students' self-discipline.
