水煤浆是20世纪70年代中期发展起来的一种煤基流体燃料,具有石油一样的流动性和稳定性,可以泵送、雾化和稳定着火燃烧。燃烧效率高、污染物排放低,具有良好的经济效益和环保效益,是中国洁净煤技术的重要分支。本文中提到的干法速溶型水煤粉是将水煤浆的工艺更进一步,将水煤浆这种流态煤燃料制成固体粉状,使用时加水稀释即可。制成的水煤粉除具有水煤浆原有的特点外,其运输更加方便,安全性更高,对温度的依赖性更小,使用更加方便。
本文分析了水煤浆生产系统的工艺流程和特点,研究了生产线的电气控制方案,提出了使用可编程控制器(PLC)进行生产线的控制方案,特别对干法水煤浆粉生产过程中的配料控制进行了深入的分析研究和设计,并对配料控制提出了使用PID算法设计并对其进行了仿真。经过实际运行证明,其是可行的,生产出的产品是合格的。
论文主要完成工作如下:第一,阐述了本课题的内容意义,详细介绍了干法速溶型水煤粉的生产线的工艺流程和特点。第二,在充分介绍了PLC技术,变频调速技术的基础上,确定了本系统采用通用变频器三菱FR-A540,对电机进行转速调节。采用德国SIEMENS公司的S7-300系列PLC,采用模块化的程序设计方法,减少了软件的开发和维护。第三,实现了对开关量、模拟量的先进控制,并研究了PID控制算法,使用了PID算法对配料系统进行控制,精度达到了生产的要求。第四,针对实际中可能出现的错误进行了故障预处理分析。在这个项目中,作者参与了项目的设计工作,负责配料控制程序的编制,并参与PLC程序的编写及调试。

Coal water mixture is a new coal based liquid fuel and also called a flowing coal. The coal water mixture is consisted with 65 ~ 70 % of coal particles, 29 ~ 34 % of water and less than 1 % of chemical with a certain technical preparation. it has similar feature with fuel oil and can substitute to fuel oil in several utilizations CWM enables easier handling, like heavy oil, with convenience in storage, transportation and combustion. which is similar to the oil combustion efficiency rate. it can be transmitted through pumps and burned with atomization similar to the fuel. Coal water powder is the betterment of coal water mixture.they have the same characteristics,moreover,coal water powder is more convenient,more environmentally friendly,less affected by temperature.
The dissertation introduces the produce process of coal water powder. The application of plc to the control in the produce process of coal water powder is described in detail in this paper. The construction, the integration function and the design process of the system are analyzed. Based on the analysis of the control process and realization process, a clear flow by the plc control program is illustrated, especially the control in the mix process of water and coal. Moreover it introduces a control method based on digital PID control strategy in the system of mix.The plc control system is proved to be simple, economic and reliable by practice. The output is eligible.
Through an instance participated by author in the reality,the article gave a systemic explanation on the research and application of the Produce System of Coal Water Powder. The content including: the first, this paper introduces the meaning of the subjects and summarizes coal water slurry, coal ash, the technology of coal ash and the process and specialty of produce. The second, based on the introduction of the configuration software technology, PLC technology and AC frequency conversion for speed adjustment technology, through the research and analysis, this system adjusts general transducer Mitsubishi FR-A540 to control the speed of motor, consequently actualizes the full use of energy and the need of production. Based on S7-300 PLC’s programming software STEP 7, which adopts the modularization method in programming design, can reduce the software exploitation and maintenance. The third, Come true of the advanced control of switch and simulator through programmatic applying,and based on the analysis of PID arithmetic,a system is designed by making use of PID control strategy and achieves needed precision. The fourth, to the possible failure at work, failure pretreatment measure is provided with user at last.
