榆林银河煤矿井田范围地面保护物数量多、种类繁杂,分布范围广,严重的影响着银河煤矿的可持续发展,其下压煤开采已成为银河煤矿亟待解决的重大问题。论文针对地面保护建筑物的类型和银河煤矿煤层埋藏浅、基岩薄、松散层厚度大,开采煤层厚度大的特点,研究这种条件下条带开采地表的移动变形规律,优化条带开采方案,对于矿区今后的“三下”开采和持续协调发展具有重要意义。 本文在分析银河煤矿地质、采矿条件,地面保护对象和矿井现有的生产技术、设备条件的基础上,在首采盘区建立了地表移动观测站,进行了条带开采地表移动观测;通过观测数据分析,结合数值模拟、相似材料实验研究及理论分析,对比已有条带开采方案,进一步研究优化银河煤矿条带开采参数;应用煤柱强度理论和概率积分全盆地预计模拟方法,分析了优化参数后方案的安全可靠性,确定了适合银河煤矿采矿地质条件的条带开采方案。研究结果表明,优化条带开采参数后的条带开采方案,能够在确保地表建筑保护设施安全的前提下,有效提高矿井煤炭资源的采出率,提高矿井技术经济效益,同时为榆神矿区今后“三下”开采及留设保护煤柱提供了科学依据。

Yulin Yinhe Coal Mining field with numbers, complex types and distribution of a wide range protectors has serious impacted on the sustainable development of Yinhe Coal Mining, which has become a major problem to be solved by the Yinhe coal mine.Paper aim for ground protection of buildings type and Yinhe coal seam buried in shallow thin bedrock loose thickness, the characteristics of mined seam thickness, to study such conditions strip mining of surface movement and deformation, optimize the strip mining programhas important significance for the sustainable development of mining area "Under-Three-Objects" mining realize mine. In this paper, based on the analysis of the Yinhe coal mine geology, mining conditions, protection of objects on the ground, and mine existing production technology, equipment condition, the surface movement observation stations were established in the first mining area of strip mining surface movement observation; through observational dataanalysis, and numerical simulation, experiments and theoretical analysis of similar material, compared to the original strip mining plan further studies to optimize the Yinhe coal strip mining parameters; application of coal pillar strength theory and probability integral basin is expected to analog method, analysis of the optimization parametersthe safety and reliability of the program to determine the strip mining for Yinhe coal mining geological conditions.The research results show that the optimization of strip mining strip mining parameters, as well as future Yushen mine" Under-Three-Objects " to provide a scientific basis for mining and leaving in protection pillar.
