加药是钼矿选矿浮选过程中非常重要的环节之一,直接影响着有色金属钼的浮选效率。钼作为一种比较希少的有色金属,其工业应用非常广泛,它是一种不可再生资源,出于对环境保护的需要也不允许我们浪费资源,所以提高有色金属钼的浮选效率有着非常重要的社会效益和经济效益。先进的自动化控制系统在浮选过程中的有效应用,是提高钼矿选矿浮选水平的途径之一,FCS(现场总线控制系统)作为现在最先进的自动化控制解决方案之一,有着非常强的优势, FCS结构简单、理念先进、开放性强、可维护性高,同时FCS其理念涵盖企业管理层、中间控制层和现场执行层,使生产和管理有机结合提高了整个浮选工厂的管理和信息化水平。
自动加药系统其主要任务就是精确地控制加药速度,其控制对象是各个加药点的加药电磁阀,控制原理是利用出口流原理控制加药电磁阀在加药周期内的开关时间,其前题是必须保证加药电磁阀所在药剂箱的液面恒定在一个液位高度,同时在此液面高度下获得单位时间内本加药电磁阀的最大加药速度,然后通过比值关系计算出加药电磁阀在加药周期内的开关时间,从而获得目标加药速度。本文介绍FCS现场总线控制系统在金堆城百花岭钼矿选矿浮选自动加药系统中的应用,从应用提出、需要分析、系统选型、设计、实施、调试、测试到最后项目完成,是一个有机统一的完整过程。具体设计内容是根据需求分析确定任务与目标,对比分析现阶段主流控制系统体系结构,根据任务与目标的特点确定与选择FCS作为本加药系统的控制结构,然后分别从硬件系统、软件系统、网络系统三方面出发对自动加药系统的实现进行详细说明和设计,然后对设计完成的自动加药系统进行了整机调试和全面测试,该系统硬件设备工作稳定、可靠,软件界面友好、易于操作和升级,各项技术指标达到了设计要求。

Dosing is one of the very important links in the process of molybdenum mineral flotation; the flotation efficiency directly affects the non-ferrous metal molybdenum. Molybdenum as an effect than rare non-ferrous metal industry, its application is very extensive, but as a non renewable resource, we should cherish and protect, at the same time, out of the need of environmental protection also does not allow us to waste resources, so to improve the flotation efficiency of molybdenum is very important social and economic benefit. Improve the level of automation in the flotation process, is an effective way to improve the flotation efficiency, FCS field bus control system automation, as now the most advanced control solutions, has the very strong advantages, FCS has the advantages of simple structure, advanced concepts, strong openness, high maintainability, at the same time FCS the concept covers corporate management, the middle control layer and field execution layer, which is the organic combination of production and management to improve the management of the entire flotation plant and informatization level.
Automatic dosing system whose main task is to precisely control the feeding speed, the control object is adding electromagnetic valve each dosing point, control principle is the principle of switching time of the outlet flow control valve in the chemical dosing period, the premise is to ensure the chemical dosing valve box level at a constant level, at the same time, the level of maximum dosing rate per unit of time of the dosing solenoid valve, and then to calculate the ratio between the switching time of the solenoid valve in the chemical dosing period, so as to obtain the goal of feeding speed.
