随着我国煤矿产量和煤炭需求量的不断增加,新建、改扩建矿井增多,煤矿开采技术装备的不断进步,开采强度及深度的进一步加大,掘进、回采工艺推陈出新的同时,也给矿井的防火工作带了新的问题和压力。比如生产工作面的顺槽双巷间的联巷多,且其随着工作面的推采,为了防止自然发火需要对其进行及时封闭;回采完毕的工作面进行巷道永久封闭时,为了防止采空区漏风,往往需要施工厚度达5m以上的闭墙,井下材料运输量大,工人工作量大,劳动强度高,施工周期长,且为了解决密闭内充填的黄土(或粉煤灰)不能密实接顶问题,通常会向密闭顶部注入有机膨胀材料提高密封效果,但黄土受潮或遇水会收缩下沉,巷道顶部形成漏风供氧通道,容易引起采空区遗煤自燃。 针对上述情况,本论文对国内外充填加固、封堵密闭等材料进行了调研,充分分析了无机、有机及胶体等封堵材料的优缺点及应用条件,得出这些材料均不太适合解决上述问题。故本论文在粉煤灰物化特性的基础上,研发出一种新型胶凝固化添加材料,并通过实验对粉煤灰添加水泥和胶凝固化剂后的浆液进行特性研究,分别得出其最佳配比。研制出一套适合现场应用的粉煤灰地面制浆,通过管路输送至井下,添加胶凝固化剂后充填至井下作业点后固化封堵巷道的粉煤灰浆液固化充填系统及灌注工艺。 通过在同煤集团云冈煤矿的现场应用,实现了8617工作面收作后巷道快速封堵密闭等工作,有效地防止了采空区自燃,保障了工作面的顺利回采。

With the continuous increase in China's coal production and coal demand, new, expansion of mine to increase, continuous progress of mining technology and equipment in coal mine, and further increase the intensity and depth of mining, tunneling, mining technology bring forth the new through the old at the same time, also to the fire prevention work of mine brought new problems and pressure. Such as the production of working face along the trough between the two Xiang Lian Xiang with working face mining, in order to prevent spontaneous combustion need timely closure; mining roadway is were permanently closed, to prevent air leakage of gob, often need more than 5m closed wall construction, underground material transport capacity, the workload of workers, labor high strength, long construction period, and in order to solve the sealing filling loess (or fly ash) not dense top joint problems, usually injected into the sealed inner improve the sealing effect of organic expansion material, but the Loess damp or water will shrink tunnel subsidence, top air supply channel, easy to cause the spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf. In view of the above situation, the domestic and foreign filling, sealing sealing material for the investigation, a full analysis of the advantages and applications of inorganic, organic and colloid sealing materials, the materials are not suitable for the solution of the above problem. In this paper the properties of fly ash material basis, developed a new solidification material, and characteristics are studied by experiments on fly ash cement and cementitious slurry curing agent, the optimum formula was obtained respectively. And the development of a suitable for field application of fly ash ground pulp, through the pipeline to the underground, gelling curing agent after filling to downhole operation point after curing plugging roadway fly ash solidification filling system and a perfusion process add. Through field application in Datong coal mine group the Yungang Mine, realized 8617 working face after rapid closure of roadway sealed work, effectively prevents the goaf spontaneous combustion, guarantee the smooth mining.
