天然气长输管网作为最重要的基础油气输送设施之一，直接关系到国民经济的发展。近年来，我国油气输送管网建设迅猛发展，使得管网及其附属设施的信息量越来越大。论文结合管网本身的空间特征及地理信息系统(GIS)管理数据的特点，利用GIS技术实现图形与数据的显示、查询、分析与应用，以可视化的方式，为管网的管理与应用提供一种崭新的、更为先进的决策支持方法，从而大大提高管网的管理水平。 论文首先阐述了系统建设的必要性和紧迫性，对系统的用户需求进行了分析，论述了系统的设计原则、目标。研究了天然气长输管网信息系统的总体设计和功能模块设计。 天然气长输管网数据库设计是建立天然气长输管网信息系统的前提和基础，是天然气长输管网信息系统开发设计的核心。针对目前我国天然气长输管网数字化建设的设计、竣工等资料，以及设备信息和数字化管网运行阶段的信息特点，论文介绍了系统数据库的内容和组织，并设计系统数据库，对管网进行完整性管理。 在此基础上，论文以宝鸡至汉中天然气长输管管信息系统建设项目为研究对象，构建了天然气长输管网信息系统应用平台。系统实现了管道地理信息管理、日常生产管理，管道巡检，以及安全决策等相关功能，为各级天然气管理部门提供了实用的管理决策依据。

ABSTRACT Long gas pipeline network as the one most important of the oil and gas facilities in the basis is directly related to the national economy.In recent years, China's oil and gas transmission pipeline construction, make the rapid development of network and affiliated facilities more and more information. The thesis combines the space characteristics and pipeline itself geographical information system (GIS) management data characteristics, by using GIS technique to realize with data display, graphics, analysis and application, query the way in data visualization, for network management and application provides a new, more advanced decision support method, thus greatly improve the management level of pipe. It firstly expounds the necessity and urgency of system construction, the paper analysis the demand of users of the system, discusses the system design principle, objective. Study the long distance network information system of natural gas of the overall design and function module design. Natural gas pipeline database design is a long lost established long distance network information system of natural gas, is the premise and foundation of long distance gas pipeline network information system development and design of the core. In view of the present China's natural gas long-distance pipeline digitalization construction design, completion etc material, and equipment information and digital network operation stage information characteristics, this paper introduced the content and comprehensive database APDM pipe by organizations, and data model design system comprehensive database of pipeline network, integrity management. On this basis, the paper with a specific project as the research object, to construct the network information system of long distance gas application platform. System realizes the spatial data management, graphics management and comprehensive information display related function, released for various gas management department provides practical management decision-making basis.
