随着对企业质量文化基本理论认识的深入,企业质量文化的测评研究日益受到人们的关注。每一个企业都有其独特的企业质量文化,优秀的企业质量文化是企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分。对企业质量文化的测评是了解、控制、管理以及更好实施企业质量文化的基础工作。因此,对企业质量文化测评体系的研究具有十分重要的意义。
本文在对国内外关于企业文化测评的研究现状进行综述的基础上,首先对常用的企业文化测评理论和方法进行了阐释;其次,通过对企业质量文化相关理论的分析,以企业质量文化的结构作为评价指标,建立了企业质量文化测评体系,运用AHP法确定企业质量文化测评指标的权重;再次,选用模糊综合评价理论对企业质量文化测评指标进行量化分析,并以实证分析验证了该测评体系的可行性。最后本文进行了总结,对企业质量文化测评体系的局限性进行了概括,并对体系未来的研究方向提出了自己的看法。
通过研究,加深了对企业质量文化测评体系的认识和理解,并为企业评判自身企业质量文化建设程度以及加强企业质量文化建设提供了参考和支持。

With the recognization of the basic theory of corporate quality culture deeply, the evaluation study of corporate quality culture has been paid more attention increasingly. Every enterprise has its own particular corporate quality culture, and excellent corporate quality culture is the important part of core competency of the enterprises. To measure and evaluate the corporate quality culture is a fundamental work, which can help people to understand, to control, manage and to change the corporate quality culture well. So research on measuring and evaluating the corporate quality culture has important meanings in theory and practice.
On the basis of summary of the status quo about the evaluation of corporate culture at home and abroad, firstly, common corporate culture measurement theory and methods is explained; secondly, through the relevent theory of corporate quality culture analysed, the evaluation system of quality culture has been established, taking the corporate quality culture structure as the evaluation index, the corporate quality culture evaluation index are determined with AHP method; thirdly, the quantitative analysis model of the corporate quality culture evaluation has been established with the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and verified the feasibility of the evaluation system with the empirical analysis. Finally, this paper has summarized on the corporate quality culture evaluation system, the limitations have been summarized, and the future directions of research system put forward their own views.
Being researched, the cognition and comprehension of the evaluation system of corporate quality culture has been deepened, and the article provides the reference and guidance for enterprise to judge the level of their own corporate quality culture and strengthen the corporate quality culture construction.
