  在新时代,加强高校思想政治教育工作是党和国家的一项重点工作,随着高校思想政治教育的不断扩大和深化,高校思想政治工作遇到新的挑战、新的情况和新的问题不断出现。因此高校大学生接受思想政治教育,一方面,是党和国家对高校思想政治教育工作的现实要求,另一方面也是提高高校思想政治教育工作实效性的必然要求。进行思想政治教育接受行为的研究,对思想政治教育的理论建设和实践创新都有着非常重要的指导意义。
  为了在新时代的新历史定位中彰显重要效果,推动大学生接受思想政治教育,并内化于心、外化于行,一定要抓住学生这个关键,增强对学生的吸引力、感染力和凝聚力,从而更好地为党和国家培育时代新人。所以,大学生思想政治教育接受行为研究,是建立完善对思想政治教育理论构建和实践创新的必然选择,也是提升思想政治教育实效性的应有举措。
  本研究具体运用了文献研究法、系统分析法、调查研究法、学科交叉研究等研究方法,以大学生思想政治教育接受行为为主题,阐明思想政治教育接受、思想政治教育接受行为的基本概念,以班杜拉三元交互理论为理论基础,借鉴马克思的主体性理论、传播学的“有限效果”的受众理论以及行为心理学等相关理论。在此基础上,通过小范围的深度访谈和问卷调查的方式,对影响大学生思想政治教育接受行为因素进行归纳,构建大学生思想政治教育接受行为的最初假设模型,运用数据分析工具,对所采集到的资料进行统计学处理,检验研究假说的正确性,并在此基础上构建出高校思想政治教育接受行为的最终理论模型。最后,对该模型进行分析,以进一步探寻当前高校大学生思想政治教育接受行为的现实问题,并探讨高校大学生思想政治教育接受行为提升的实践举措。
  本研究基于完整的过程逻辑分析,确证:大学生思想政治教育接受行为研究需要从个体需求侧、高校供给侧和社会环境侧三部分着力搭建基本框架。在厘清大学生思想政治教育接受行为存在问题的根源后,新时代需要思想政治教育由个体到学校,由学校再到社会,以一种系统化的方式来提升思想政治教育的实践应用价值:一是要通过尊重大学生成长成才需要、重构大学生主体认知、培养大学生情感认同、锻炼大学生接受意志,去提升大学生主体内在主观能动性;二是要通过激发高校思想政治教育课堂活力、加强高校思想政治队伍专业化建设、提高思想政治工作实效性,提升高校供给体系;三要通过创造公平公正的社会经济环境、建设廉洁高效的社会政治环境、营造风清气正的社会文化环境,为大学生接受行为奠定物质基础,提供制度保障和精神动力。

In the new era, strengthening ideological and political education in colleges and universities is a key task of the party and the state, and in the process of expanding and deepening, ideological and political work in colleges and universities will also encounter new challenges, new situations, and new problems. So the acceptance of ideological and political education by college students is, on the one hand, the realistic requirement of the party and the state for ideological and political education in colleges and
universities, and on the other hand, it is also an inevitable requirement for improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The research on the acceptance behavior of ideological and political education is of great guiding significance to the theoretical construction and practical innovation of ideological
and political education.
   In order to highlight important effects in the new historical orientation of the newera, promote college students' acceptance of ideological and political education, internalize it in the heart and externalize it in practice, the study of the acceptance behaviorof ideological and political education should be catch the key to the students, enhancethe attractiveness, appeal and cohesion of ideological and political education, and better cultivate new talents of the era for the party and the country. Therefore, the study
of the acceptance behavior of college students in ideological and political education isan inevitable choice for establishing and improving the theoretical construction and practical innovation of ideological and political education, and it is also a proper measure to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
  This study takes the integration of theory and practice as the scientific methodological guidance, specifically uses literature research method, systematic analysis method,survey research method, interdisciplinary research and other research methods, takes college students' ideological and political education acceptance behavior as the theme, clarifies the basic concepts of ideological and political education acceptance and ideological and political education acceptance behavior, takes Bandura ternary interaction theory as the theoretical basis, and draws on Marx's subjectivity theory, the audience theory of"limited effect" of communication, and behavioral psychology and other related theories. On this basis, through the methods of small-scale in-depth interviews and questionna
ire surveys, the factors affecting the acceptance behavior of college students' ideological and political education are summarized, the initial hypothesis model of the acceptance behavior of college students' ideological and political education is constructed, and the data analysis tool is used to statistically process the collected data to test the correctn
ess of the research hypothesis, and on this basis, the final theoretical model of the acceptance behavior of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is constructed. Next, we will analyze the model to further explore the current practical problems of college students' ideological and political education acceptance behavior, and discuss the practical measures for college students' ideological and political education acceptance behavior.
  Based on a complete process logic analysis, this study confirms that the researchon the reception behavior of college students' ideological and political education needs to build a basic framework from three parts: the individual demand side, the college supply side and the social environment side. After clarifying the root causes of the problems in the acceptance behavior of college students' ideological and political education,
the new era needs ideological and political education from individuals to schools, from schools to society, to enhance the practical and application value of ideological and political education in a systematic way: First, it is necessary to enhance the internal subjective initiative of college students by respecting the needs of university students, reconstructing the certification of college students, cultivating college students' emotional
identity, and exercising college students' will to accept; The second is to improve the supply system of colleges and universities by stimulating the vitality of ideological and political education classrooms in colleges and universities, strengthening the professional construction of ideological and political teams in colleges and universities, and improving the effectiveness of ideological and political work; Third, by creating a fair and just socio-economic environment, building a clean and efficient social and political environment, and creating a clean and healthy social and cultural environment, we should lay a material foundation, institutional guarantee and provide spiritual motivation for college students to accept behavior.
