圆环链具有传动简单、工作可靠、牵引力大、寿命长等特点,因此广泛应用于矿山设备中。随着近年来煤炭产量的上升,工作面刮板输送机圆环链断链事故时有发生,已成为影响煤矿安全生产的重大隐患之一。在此前提下,本文利用ABAQUS软件,对含表面裂纹缺陷的矿用高强度圆环链进行了数值模拟分析。 本研究所做的工作有:以直链结构和拐角结构的圆环链条为例,分别建立了相应的有限元模型,并根据表面裂纹所在的不同位置,分别建立了含表面裂纹圆环链焊接接头、顶部、肩部等部位的子模型;通过对完整结构的圆环链主模型和含表面裂纹的圆环链不同部位子模型的数值模拟计算及分析,得到了圆环链三维裂纹前沿断裂力学参量应力强度因子KI和J积分分布规律,以及裂纹位置及裂纹深度变化对KI和J产生的影响规律。 本研究的结果表明,对于大多数含表面裂纹的圆环链,随着裂纹深度的增加会使含缺陷圆环链更加易于破坏,而对于顶部内侧表面裂纹的圆环链,当裂纹深度增加到一定值之后易于破坏的程度却会有所减小,并且最危险部位由三维裂纹前沿中部向两侧转移;在直链结构中,焊接接头和顶部裂纹带来的危险最大,而在拐角结构中,肩部裂纹带来的危险最大。研究结果为含表面裂纹圆环链的完整性评价提供了一定的理论依据。

It is widely used in mining equipment that round-link chain transmission with simple, reliable operation, large traction, long operating life and other characteristics. With the increasing of coal production in recent years, the fracture accident of round-link chain in the scraper conveyor frequently occur, which have become one of the main hidden danger in safety production of coal mine. Therefore, an analysis on high intensity round-link chain with surface cracks was simulated by using ABAQUS software in this dissertation. Main research contents in this study are as follows. The finite element model of link chains was respectively established in straight region and corner region. The sub-models including welding joint position, the top, the shoulder of chain were respectively established based on the positions of the surface cracks. The stress intensity factor KI and J integral along crack fronts were adopted by using a global model of chain without flaws and several sub-model of chain with surface cracks, and the effect of the crack location and crack depth on KI and J integral were analyzed by ABAQUS software in this dissertation. The results of this investigating show that the chain with surface crack tends to be more dangerous with the crack depth increasing when the surface crack located at most position of chain, but this situation will be changed when the chain with surface crack at top position of chain. It is the most dangerous when the surface crack locate at the welded joints and the top of chain in straight region, and it is the most dangerous when the surface crack locate at the shoulder of chain in corner region. The results provide a theoretical basis for the structural integrity assessment of round-link chain with surface cracks.
