航空发动机的诞生、改进和改型都离不开试验,航空发动机燃油附件的试验在整个发动机试验中至关重要,试验水平的提高,试验性能的优化也是航空试验行业技术进步的见证。原有的试验系统人工操作多,自动化程度低,可扩展空间小,随着近年来航空业的迅猛发展,原系统已无法满足附件控制系统试验测试的实际需求,在一定程度上影响了附件试验技术的发展。为适应航空发动机附件行业试验和测试领域的技术进步,提高系统的自动化和可扩展程度,有必要研发一套自动化程度高和扩展性强的航空发动机附件试验系统。 系统利用PCI总线结构进行数据采集和发送,工控机通过数据采集卡或者接线端子采集现场传感器信号/数字量信号并将其送入试验系统的电机控制器;系统流量、转速、温度信号上传利用智能仪表通讯和多串口卡实现;系统利用串口通讯实现上位机向电子控制器发送命令帧及电子控制器向上位机上报数据帧。上位机软件采用了NI公司的LabVIEW,实现了板卡采集、仪表通讯、串口通讯、数据显示处理存储以及打印输出等功能。 最后,利用软硬件联合实现系统调试,过程中针对现场数据的采集方法和智能表计网络通讯及试验控制中出现的问题进行了分析及解决,针对试验中上位机通讯受硬件操作影响的问题优化了串口读取及数据存储程序,并按技术人员新要求,设计了专门的历史存储上位机,经试验证实能提高系统稳定性,增加操作便捷性。 航空发动机附件试验系统目前已验收运行,系统软硬件在近60天的运行验证,系统运行良好,达到了公司附件试验的要求。

The birth, improvement and modification of aero engine are inseparable from the test and the test of aero engine fuel accessory is crucial in the whole engine test. Meanwhile, the improvement and optimization of the test are the proofs of the technology advance in aero teat. Too much manual operetion of the original units, the low degree of automation, and small space pf expansion are the shortcomings. With the rapid development of the aviation industry in recent years, the original system has been unable to meet the accessory control system test of the actual demand, to a certain extent accessories test technology development is affected. In order to adapt to the technological advances in the field of aero engine accessory industry experiment and testing, improve the automated system and extend degree , it is necessary to creat a set of aero engine accessory system with high automation level and expansion. System uses the PCI bus data acquisition and transmission, pressure and differential pressure sensor collects field datas and send them into the computer through the terminal board and data acquisition cards, digital input signal is directly sent into the computer through the terminal board and data acquisition cards. Speed signal through data acquisition card and terminal board into the test system of the motor controller; system using intelligent instrument communication and multi serial port card to achieve flow, speed, temperature signal upload; System use serial communication and realization of PC to the electronic controller to send the command frame, and an electric controller of the PC reporte data frame. The PC software uses NI LabVIEW, realize the acquisition board, instrument communication, serial communication, data processing and storage display print output function. Finally, we combine the software and hardware,analyse and solve the problems of the data collecting communication instrument and electronic control. We also optimize the read program and data storage in face of the problems during the test. According to the requirements of the new technical personnel, we design specialized history stored in the host computer, which can improve the stability of the system, increase the operating convenience. Test system of aviation engine accessories has been delivered to the user. After a period of use, the system hardware and software are running well, and meet the design requirements.
