刮板输送机是煤矿井下工作面生产的重要运输工具, 随着工作面单产的提高,输送机逐步向大功率高强度发展。但生产实践证明, 刮板输送机事故为煤矿非伤亡事故之最。因此,认真研究分析其事故原因并针对煤矿企业的实际,从刮板输送机的产品设计方法、制造工艺过程、使用维护与设备管理角度出发,提出切实可行的技术改进措施,进而减少输送机事故,改善煤矿设备的使用性能,减少设备维护量,提高煤炭产量,提升企业核心竞争力有着十分重要的意义。 本文通过对甘肃省靖远煤业公司大水头煤矿近年来煤炭生产中使用过的输送机,主要是对靖远煤业公司机械制修厂新开发研制的SGZ730/320中双链刮板输送机现场使用情况的调查,收集刮板输送机发生故障的数据资料,利用故障树的方法,对刮板输送机运行影响最大、故障频率最高的故障点进行故障原因分析。针对刮板输送机设计参数诸多的不确定性,传统设计难以满足实际要求的现状,以刮板输送机电机功率最小和运输性能最佳为目标,建立优化数学模型,利用网格法对刮板输送机进行优化设计;采用虚拟样机技术,对刮板输送机的装配过程进行仿真,便于及时验证设计数据并修改,提高设计效率;在分析刮板输送机故障原因的基础上,从理论与实践角度分析了常见主要故障发生的原因;针对煤矿生产对刮板输送机运行可靠性、安全性要求不断提高的现状,提出了制造工艺技术改进措施;从加强使用维护的角度出发,提出了适用于刮板输送机日常现场使用维护和管理的流程图与检查维护方案,为提高现场的设备使用管理水平和降低故障率提供了依据。
