针对西安市雨洪资源没有被充分利用而是直接排走,造成水资源的浪费短缺问题,通过计算西安市城区的年均雨洪资源量、可收集雨量和需水量;通过布点收集径流样,测定并分析西安市水质特点等方法,并结合其结果提出合理的城市雨洪资源收集利用方式及相应技术方案。论文研究内容主要包括:调查研究区的自然和人文地理、水文气象以及水资源状况的特点,分析西安市城区的降水特性,计算西安市城区雨洪水资源量以及可收集利用雨水资源量,在西安市城区选取降雨路面径流水,进行室内水质实验分析,查阅相关资料,提出西安市城区雨洪资源管理的方案。得出以下结论:
1.城区年内理论雨洪资源量为295.69×106m3,年内可收集利用的雨洪资源量为103.9×106m3,屋面、路面雨水资源量所占百分比为84%;
2.城区降雨径流中主要污染物为COD、SS;各类型区域中SS的含量在95-115mg/L之间,COD的含量则差别较大;
3.降雨开始15min内径流水质较差,15min后明显好转,因此,15min可以作为径流收集的起始时间节点;
4.西安市雨洪资源可完全满足目前城市市政园林等杂用水和河道、景观用水,并补充部分工业用水,可节约清洁水资源8720×104m3;
5.雨水收集利用系统主要由雨水集蓄装置和雨水处理装置两部分组成;集蓄利用方案设计主要包括屋面雨水集蓄系统、路面雨水集蓄系统和绿地雨水入渗系统。

Aiming at the rain flood being underused and discharged directly in Xi’an,which caused the waste of water resources,this paper analyzed the utilization of the urban rain flood resources in Xi’an. The main contents of this paper include: Investigated the characteristics of nature-human geography,hydrology,meteorology and the water resources situation in the study area. Analyzed the precipitation characteristics of Xi’an City. Calculated the theoretical number of urban rain flood resources and the number of flood resource can be collected. Put samples and selected the rainfall runoff water upon the road surface,then conducted indoor experiment to analyze the quality of the samples. Then look up some relevant information and proposed a viable scheme of flood resources collection and utilization in Xi’an City. This study reached the following conclusions:
1.The theoretical number of urban rain flood resource is 295.69×106m3/a;the number of flood resource can be collected is 103.9×106m3/a,and the roof and road rainwater resources account for 84%;
2.The main pollutants in runoff are COD and SS.From the point of each partition, the runoff quality of industrial area is the worst;the contents SS in each type are all between in 95-115mg/L;the contents of COD are of great difference;
3.The quality of the runoff is poor within 15min of the rainfall,but it improves markedly after 15min.Therefore,15min can be used as the start time node in runoff collecting;
4.The runoff resource in Xi’an can meet the urban miscellaneous water and the river-landscape water completely.And the rest of the resource can add a portion of industrial water, then we can have 8720×104 m3clean water be saved;
5.Rainwater harvesting system is mainly composed of rainwater collection device and rainwater purification device.Utilization plan includes the roof rainwater collection storage system, road rainwater collection storage system and greenbelt rainwater infiltration system.
