本文首先通过对人性的八个层面的论述,引出商性这个新生的词汇,并从狭义和广义两个方面对商性进行定义,树立商性这个概念,其次通过商性与文化、商性与商德、商性与智慧的论述,将商性的概念提升到人人都具有商性的高度。最后阐明人性与商性的关系,即人性是商性的本源与基础;商性是人性的延伸与发展。 人性是人所共有的根本属性,是人区别于动物的本质特点。通过对人性的认识过程的论述,引入商性的概念。本文不揣冒昧,大胆提出“商性”一词,是出于这样两种需要和理解:其一,“商”是指大商,广义的商,不仅仅是传统意义上的“商人”、“商业”,而应该是商务。从社会产业分工来讲,至少第三产业、第二产业的相关经济活动都应涵盖于商务的范畴之内。简而言之,凡是企业的活动都可以称之为商务活动。其二,商务活动者在从事商务活动的实践过程中,从理念、观点到行为方式,处事运作方式等方面,显然有许多特殊的东西,既突出而又明显,仅用道德、仅用智慧或仅用技巧、谋略一类的任何一个,都不足以概括其祥,我们姑且把他称之为“商性”。现在,高度发达与成熟的市场经济,又在呼唤人性的回归。它本身一面光大发扬商性,又一面洗涤、刷新着商性。它继承并发扬光大着商性中的人性,把自利的实现放在互利、双赢的前提下。在市场网络中,没有互利,就不能实现自利,没有双赢与多赢就不能实现自赢。过去是损人以利已,现在是损人必害已。从而把欺诈、奸邪、剥削、贪恋,乃至抢掠这些以往商性中的糟粕置于洗涤与扫除之列。人性在商性的改变中丰富着,提升着。 本课题研究主旨在于以马克思主义人性理论为依据提出了“商性”的概念,并对“商性”概念作了较为系统的诠释和论证;以马克思主义人学观点为依据,在诸如“利己与利他”,“自私与无私”等涉及人生价值观、道德利益观方面作了研究和论述,对传统观念中的糟粕做出较深入的批判。

This Dissertation has herein, firstly, through exposition of eight layers in the hierarchy of humanity, introduced the new word “commerciality”, and defined it in both narrow sense and broad sense so as to establish the concept “commerciality”; secondly, through relationships of commerciality with culture, with commercial morality and wisdom respectively, formulated creatively that all people bear certain extent of commerciality; finally, clarified the relationship between humanity and commerciality, i.e. humanity is the source and basis of commerciality; while commerciality is the extension and development of humanity. Humanity is the basic attribute of all human beings in common, and the ingrain characteristics known from other animals. Introducing the concept of “commerciality” via description of the process of knowing humanity, this Dissertation, takes liberty to put forward the new word “commerciality” out of the following two needs and understandings: firstly, “commerciality” means something commercial with bigger scope, in broad sense, not something confined to traditional “merchants” or “commercial activities”, but “commerce”. From the point of division of social industries, at least economic activities covered in the tertiary industry and secondary industry should be covered within its scope. In short, all activities involved by enterprises can be regarded as commercial activities; secondly, in practical process of commercial activities, commercial workers apparently bear many special properties from notions, viewpoints to ways of behavior and operative modes etc., which appear outstanding and evident. Only with single word as “morality”, “wisdom”, “technique” or “ruse”, it is impossible to elaborate this field, for this moment, we herein give it a new name as “commerciality”. Nowadays, highly developed and mature market economy is eagerly calling the return of humanity, as has been fostering and enhancing commerciality at one side, and cleaning and refreshing it as well. It carries forward the humanity in commerciality, putting “self interest” under the precondition of mutual benefit and win-win. In the network of market, without mutual benefit, self-interest cannot be realized; without win-win and multi-win, self-win cannot come true as well. In past, doing harm to others in order to benefit himself; at present, the fact is that doing harm to others must do harm to himself, therefore, dregs of commerciality such as fraud, evil, wickedness, exploitation, avarice and robbery etc. have been put in the queue of cleaning-off and brushing-aside. Humanity is enriching and uplifting in the change of commerciality.
