党的十八大从国家、社会、公民三个层面凝练出24个字的社会主义核心价值观，这不仅是党在理论建设上的巨大创新，也为高校的人才培养目标指明了方向。社会主义核心价值观理论，对大学生择业观教育具有直接的重要指导意义和引领作用。 当前，随着我国宏观经济面临下行压力以及高校毕业生人数连年攀升，大学生择业难的形势也越来越严峻。尽管导致大学生择业难的因素非常之多，但大学生择业价值观是影响大学生择业成效的重要因素之一。因此，有必要对高等院校毕业生的择业观问题进行较为深入的探索、分析和研究，以公民个人层面为切入点，以社会主义核心价值观“爱国、敬业、诚信、友善”的理论为导向，针对大学生择业价值观存在的诸多问题寻找解决方法，加强引导和教育，为进一步提高当前大学生的综合素质，更好地指导大学生的日常行为，解决当前大学生择业难问题提供依据，进而推动高校思想政治教育的完善和发展。 本文借鉴已有的相关研究成果，按照提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的写作思路展开论述：首先，阐释社会主义核心价值观的相关概念，并在此基础上分析其与社会主义核心价值体系内涵及逻辑之间的关联，提出了当代大学生社会主义核心价值观教育方面的内容；其次，界定了大学生择业观的内涵，针对当前时代背景下大学生在择业过程中存在的问题及影响因素进行分析；进而分析了社会主义核心价值观对大学生择业观的契合和引领作用；最后，重点针对大学生择业观反映出来的问题，探寻包括社会、高校及大学生个人通力合作，以期用社会主义核心价值观的“爱国、敬业、诚信、友善”来对大学生的择业观进行正确的思想和方法引导，旨在更加积极有效地推动高校大学生培育和践行社会主义核心价值观。

Although there are many factors for college student’s employment difficulty, the work values of college students is one of the most important factors affecting the university students' Employment Effects. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out an in-depth exploration, analysis and research on a university and college graduates employment value. The citizen individual level as a starting point, to the socialist core value concept of "patriotism, dedication, integrity and friendly" theory as a guide, according to the college students' employment value concept to guide and educate the existing problems for improving college students' the ideological and moral quality, guiding college students' daily behavior, solving the problem of employment of college students as the basis, thereby promoting the improvement and development of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. The connotation of the idea of writing this text draws lessons from the existing related research results, according to proposing the question, analyzing the problem, solving the problem of writing: firstly, clearly defined the socialist core value view, in order to clarify the connotation and relationship between the values of the socialist core value system and the socialist core value, as well as the contemporary college students' socialist core values education content. secondly, defined the college students employment concept based on the analysis of existing problems and influencing factors on college students employment under the current time background. Furthermore, this paper analyzed the favorable conditions and leading role between socialist core value concept and college students' employment view.Finally, focusing on college students employment concept reflected problems to explore social, through the concerted efforts of the University and college students' personal, in order to use the socialist core value concept of "patriotism, dedication, integrity and friendly" to guide the students career path and method, and to provide a reference for colleges and universities to promote and practice the socialist core value view.
