党内民主是中国共产党自身建设的重要内容，贯穿于党的建设的全过程，不仅关系到党内的政治生态，而且直接决定着党凝聚力和战斗力的提升，以及自身的发展。作为中国共产党的创始人，毛泽东很早就展开了对这一问题的深入思考，并在漫长的民主主义革命和社会主义建设时期不断深入，提出了一系列具有深远影响的观点和主张，形成了具有丰富内涵的党内民主建设思想。

毛泽东党内民主思想是马克思列宁主义党内民主思想的基本理论与中国共产党的建设的具体实际相结合的产物，是马克思主义基本原理中国化的优秀成果。它不仅极大地丰富了中国共产党党内民主建设理论研究，在不同的历史阶段回答了党内民主的相关问题，推动了党内民主建设工作的不断深入和党自身的发展壮大，而且为之后党内民主思想理论研究和实践工作提供了极大的养分和方向指引。

本文主要分为五个部分。第一章是绪论部分，主要阐述了毛泽东党内民主思想研究的选题依据、研究意义、国内外研究现状、研究内容和研究方法以及研究的创新点和难点。第二章探索了毛泽东党内民主思想形成的历史背景和理论源泉，明确了毛泽东党内民主思想是在马克思、恩格斯和列宁的党内民主理论的基础上形成的，也是在中国共产党革命过程中结合实际不断探索和反思而形成的。第三章梳理了毛泽东党内民主思想的孕育发展与探索实践，加深对毛泽东党内民主思想的认识。第四章概括了毛泽东党内民主思想的主要内容，涵盖了党内民主思想所遵循的主要原则和实现形式两个方面。第五章论述了毛泽东党内民主思想的历史贡献，总结了毛泽东党内民主思想的当代启示。

Intra-party democracy is an important element of the CPC's self-construction, which runs through the whole process of party building, and is not only related to the political ecology of the party, but also directly determines the enhancement of the party's cohesion and combat power, as well as its own development. As the founder of the Communist Party of China (CPC), Mao Zedong initiated in-depth thinking on this issue at an early stage and continued to deepen it during the long period of the democratic revolution and socialist construction, putting forward a series of far-reaching views and propositions and forming the idea of intra-party democracy construction with rich connotations.

Mao Zedong's thought on intra-Party democracy is a product of combining the basic theories of Marxist-Leninist thinking on intra-Party democracy with the concrete reality of the CPC's construction, and is an excellent result of the Chineseization of the basic principles of Marxism. It not only greatly enriched the theoretical research on the construction of intra-party democracy of the CPC, answered the relevant questions of intra-party democracy at different historical stages, promoted the continuous deepening of the construction of intra-party democracy and the development and growth of the Party itself, but also provided great nutrients and directional guidance for the theoretical research and practical work on the thought of intra-party democracy afterwards.

This paper is mainly divided into five parts. The first chapter is the introductory part, which mainly describes the basis for selecting the topic, the significance of the research, the current status of research at home and abroad, the content and methods of research, and the innovation and difficulties of the research of Mao Zedong's idea of intra-party democracy. The second chapter explores the historical background and theoretical source of the formation of Mao Zedong's idea of intra-party democracy, and makes it clear that Mao Zedong's idea of intra-party democracy was formed on the basis of the theory of intra-party democracy of Marx, Engels and Lenin, and was also formed in the course of the Communist Party of China (CPC) revolution by combining the actuality with continuous exploration and reflection. Chapter 3 comprehends the conception and development of Mao Zedong's idea of intra-party democracy and the practice of exploration, and deepens the understanding of Mao Zedong's idea of intra-party democracy. Chapter 4 summarizes the main contents of Mao Zedong's thought on intra-Party democracy, covering both the main principles and the forms of realization that the thought on intra-Party democracy follows. Chapter 5 discusses the historical contributions of Mao Zedong's thought on intra-Party democracy and summarizes the contemporary revelations of Mao Zedong's thought on intra-Party democracy.
