从十八大报告将生态文明建设纳入五位一体总体布局到二十大明确“推进绿色发展，促进人与自然和谐共生”，可以看出党和政府对人与自然关系规律认识的进一步深入，建设生态文明的决心和信心进一步增强。推进生态文明建设进程，改善生态环境，生态文明教育理应成为现代教育体系中的重要内容。如何通过加强生态文明教育，培育知行合一的社会主义建设者和接班人，提升其生态文明素养，养成生态文明行为，以此推进生态文明建设进程，是时代的重大课题，是本文的研究重点所在。本文以大学生为研究对象，针对新时代大学生生态文明教育的现状进行研究，分析生态文明教育开展过程中面临的问题，提出应对之策。

文章分为两部分，第一部分为第一，二章节，第一章是阐述选题背景，从已有研究分析学界对此问题的研究现状；第二章，在前人的基础上梳理的生态文明教育理论基础，总结相关的概念，梳理生态文明教育的发展历程。第二部分为第三，四、五章，是全文研究的核心所在。这一部分主要依据生态文明观教育“用什么培育人”“培育什么人”“怎样培育人”的理路构架了文章的内容体系。第三章主要是“用什么培育人”“培育什么人”，主要从生态理论教育、生态实践教育、生态文明观教育等方面入手，在马克思主义生态文明观和习近平生态文明思想的指导下，逐步提升大学生生态文明认知、培育生态文明情感、铸牢生态文明意识、培养生态文明行为，将大学生培育成为建设生态文明的学习者、传播者、推动者、实践者。第四章，运用问卷调查法，重在分析新时代大学生生态文明教育的现状，在取得成效的基础上，深入剖析了当前大学生生态文明教育在教育内容、教育方式、教育环境以及组织管理之上存在的客观问题。第五章，以“怎样培育人”为主，是本文的研究重点之所在。从教育目标出发，通过优化教育体系、丰富教学手段、优化教育环境、健全管理机制等四个维度形成合力，探索出大学生生态文明教育“全程育人”和“全方位育人”的有效途径。以期以较强的针对性和实效性的举措，为加强生态文明建设，实现美丽中国目标培育高素质生态人才。

From the 18th National Congress report included the construction of ecological civilization in the five-in-one overall layout to the 20th National Congress clearly "promoting green development and promoting harmonious coexistence between man and nature", it can be seen that the Party and the government have further deepened their understanding of the law of the relationship between man and nature, and their determination and confidence in the construction of ecological civilization have further strengthened. To promote the construction of ecological civilization and improve the ecological environment, ecological civilization education should become an important part of the modern education system. How to promote the construction of ecological civilization by strengthening the education of ecological civilization, cultivating the socialist builders and successors who are in harmony with knowledge and practice, improving their ecological civilization literacy and developing ecological civilization behavior is a major issue of The Times and the focus of this paper. This paper takes college students as the research object, studies the current situation of college students' ecological civilization education in the new era, analyzes the problems faced in the process of ecological civilization education, and puts forward countermeasures.

This paper is divided into two parts, the first part is the first, two chapters, the first chapter is to explain the background of the topic, from the existing research analysis of the academic circle research status of this issue; In chapter two, the theoretical basis of ecological civilization education is sorted out on the basis of predecessors, the relevant concepts are summarized, and the development course of ecological civilization education is sorted out. The second part is the third, fourth and fifth chapters, which is the core of the whole paper. This part mainly frames the content system of the article according to the logic of "how to cultivate people", "what people to cultivate" and "how to cultivate people" in the education of ecological civilization concept. Cultivate college students to be learners, disseminators, promoters and practitioners of ecological civilization construction. Chapter four, using the questionnaire survey method, focuses on the analysis of the current situation of college students' ecological civilization education in the new era, and on the basis of achieved results, in-depth analysis of the current college students' ecological civilization education in the content of education, education mode, education environment and organizational management of the objective problems. The fifth chapter, "how to cultivate people" is the focus of this paper. Starting from the education goal, through optimizing the education system, enriching the teaching means, optimizing the education environment, and improving the management mechanism to form a joint force, to explore the effective way of "full education" and "all-round education" of ecological civilization education for college students. In order to strengthen the construction of ecological civilization and realize the goal of beautiful China, we hope to cultivate high-quality ecological talents with strong targeted and effective measures.
