本文针对农业部948项目课题“温室生态信息获取及精确施肥灌溉智能控制系统”(项目号2003-Z59)子课题“虚拟仪器温室监测系统”所进行的基于虚拟仪器的温室生态信息采集处理系统的研究开发工作,就是对温室中的作物进行实时监测,并为温室控制系统提供准确的数据依据,从而为温室作物提供一个适合发育的环境,使温室环境达到最优,从而达到高产高收和抗病虫害的目的。
该系统的下位机部分基于单片机及外围电路构成,可以采集并存储温室的温度、湿度、露点温度以及地温等温室信息,同时通过RS232接口与上位机通信。本文对上位机设计了基于虚拟仪器的软件平台,其中包括总体设置、实时数据显示、历史数据读取、数据图形化显示、数据表格化显示和帮助六大模块,以及补丁程序。程序可以显示各下位机信息及其所采集的实时数据,并对下位机存储的数据进行读取和删除等操作。同时上位机将温室信息存入数据库文件,并以图形化和表格统计形式显示、打印指定时间段的历史数据,使用户能够清楚知道该时间段内温室信息的变化情况。软件的界面友好,显示直观,操作简便。
在对采集的数据处理过程中,本文提出一种基于格罗贝斯法和智能模型结合的信息融合方法,该融合算法首先采用格罗贝斯法剔除疏失误差,并采用基于算术平均值与分批估计的融合算法对余下的数据进行预处理,最后利用智能融合模型对数据进行融合处理。这使得温室信息更为精确,以此为控制系统提供准确的数据依据。
本文所设计的系统已经作为产品被推广于实际应用中,系统基本实现了温室信息管理的智能化。

Aiming at the sub-item “Greenhouse monitor system based on Virtual Instrument” of the Agriculture Ministry 948 item(2003-Z59) “Greenhouse information obtaining and intelligent accurate fertilization control system”, the research work is to design a greenhouse monitor system in order to provide the plants an appropriate environment.
The sub-machine is designed with SCM system in order to collect and save the greenhouse information and communicate upper-machine by RS232 interface. The upper-machine is programmed by LabVIEW, including six modules and a patch program. This software can indicate the state of each sub-machine, and save, delete, print and display in graphs and tables of the user-specified data collected by sub-machines. User can clearly know the information changes of greenhouse in a specified period.
A datafusion method is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the extraction method is applied to eliminate the careless mistakes in the collected data. Secondly, the general datafusion method based on arithmetical mean and group estimation is applied on the rest data. Finally, the intelligence weighted model is established in order to obtain the final datafusion data. By using this datafusion method, the more accurate information of greenhouse is obtained, and the more accurate data is provided to the monitor-control system.
This system can manage greenhouse information intelligent and has been applied in some greenhouses as a new product.
