本文对B220(2×6M)龙门刨床电气控制系统改进设计的关键技术进行了研究与开发,以求为企业解决实际生产难题,提高设备运行率,降低企业生产成本。创新地提出了用大功率全数字直流调速装置控制2台60千瓦直流拖动电机进行调速,通过人机界面接口技术进行数字行程定位控制,用编码器技术取得速度反馈及角位移信号,经可编程控制器及全数字直流调速装置进行合理匹配构成闭环调速控制系统,从而实现对大型、大功率龙门刨床进行合理改造,提高设备可靠性及运行经济指标。
对整个闭环调速控制系统的工作原理进行分析,针对龙门刨床的控制特点展开研究,建立控制逻辑图及系统控制程序。
建立闭环调速控制系统框图,针对龙门刨床的控制要求并为克服以往改造中存在的非线型及元器件发热等不足,优化选择整个系统所需元器件,并重点对大功率元器件的选型上进行分析、计算,遵循性价比的原则,合理选型。
介绍全数字直流调速闭环控制系统的调试方法,通过人机接口技术对调速装置系统内部进行PID参数整定。为确保控制系统安全可靠运行,提出在实际运行中的抗干扰措施。
通过实际改造进行现场测试分析,取得调速波形图,并建立实测系列数据,验证经济性能指标。
综上所述,本文重点讲述采用直流调速装置和PLC对B220(2×6M)龙门刨床实施电气改进设计的硬件匹配、调试方法, 从原理上对以往的JF-F-D直流调速系统进行了技术创新,能克服原控制系统中的缺点和保留其优点,对解决生产实际困难提高设备运行率及降低能源消耗,有一定的实际意义。

This paper aims at some key techniques for improving the electrical control system on B220 (2x6M) frame planer in order to increase the equipment efficiency and decrease productive cost. A new D.C. motor speed regulating method is given in this paper, i.e. two sets of 60 KW D.C. motors can be controlled by a full digital and high-power D.C. regulator, the travel position can be digitally controlled through the man-machine interface technology, the speed feed-back signal can be obtained by means of encoders, a close-loop speed control system can be formed through rational composition of the PLC and full digital D.C. regulator and, therefore, the large-typed and high-power frame planer can be updated rationally, increasing its reliability and operation capability. In the study the operating principle of the close-loop system has been analyzed, the research on control features of the frame planer has been made, the control logic diagram & the control program have been set up. The study has offered the speed regulation close-loop control block diagram, optimized the elements that the system needs to eliminate the non--linear characteristics, element’s over-heat, etc. in the previous updating process and to meet the control needs of the frame planer. The study has also offered a rational principle to select strong power electrical elements on the basis of price/characteristics and through the careful calculation.
In the study a commissioning method of the close-loop control system using the full digital D.C. regulator is given, The PID parameter setting principle inside the speed regulating system by means of man-machine interface and some anti-jamming measures for ensuring system safety in operating process are also given in the paper.
The paper also describes how to get the speed regulation wave diagram, to set up measured data and to examine the economic operation indexes.
This paper focus on the description of hardware composition and system commissioning method on B220(2X6M) frame planer by using D.C. regulator and PLC technology which have given a basic innovation to JF-F-D model D.C. regulator, keeping and removing its advantages and disadvantages respectively. This new innovation can play a certain role in increasing equipment utilization and decreasing power consumption to resolve some practical problems in production.
